Small order. Cheaper than another supplier. Arrived promptly. Recommended.

The order we wanted was not in stock so Buzz suggested a different machine. When installed we reported an initial fault that seemed to correct itself but was intermittently occurring. Now, after just 10 months and very little use there is a continued problem that Buzz seem to want to suggest parts only contract. Although correct re the parts, the fact we indicated a problem on delivery and asked for a replacement immediately should have counted on this occasion. Will not be using for our new kitchen orders.

The plastic pint glasses are robust and look nice. We intend to reuse them and they appear suitable for this with a future among our party tableware.

There was an unexplained delay in the delivery although Evri warned about it.

Perfect and budget friendly supplier with genuine products

Purchased a £1500 glasswasher 12 months ago and opted for 2 years parts and labour. This I hoped would give me piece of mind knowing that any issues would be covered. Little did I know that if an issue does arise then trying to get it resolved quickly is impossible. When running a small business its imperative that things work correctly and issues solved quickly, so not having a working glasswasher over a weekend is a huge problem but then to be told an engineer would likely attend possibly by early next week, then write a report to give the company, then for them to order the part and send out and then organise the fitting of the part, is a truly shocking service. We could now be without a working glasswasher for over a week and all I get from the service department is 'well it's all covered in our terms and conditions '!! Not what you want to hear. Yes all is fine using Buzz Supplies but god help you if you have an issue with the equipment, oh and you need to pay £150 upfront deposit before they'll even schedule a service call. Next time don't be wowed by a fancy website and decent prices as the real value is when something goes wrong and how quick they can sort it. So true rating is 4 star for purchasing but zero stars for customer services.

Having bought thousands of pounds worth of equipment from Buzz catering for a new restaurant and existing venue I was impressed with the price, and speed of delivery. However, the after care is awful. A brand new oven that doesn't heat up is not covered by warranty! The after sales team are curt and unhelpful. Such is their poor after sale service it will prevent me from shopping here again,

A problem with delivery of my order (EVRI seemed to have lost it) was rapidly resolved by Buzz and the banqueting roll that I had ordered arrived in time for my daughter's wedding. Good quality item at a good price.

Wine chiller went wrong so ordered one from Buzz Supplies on the Friday lunchtime arrived on the Monday Morning.

Bought some crockery and a knife from a very easy to use website. Used PayPal and within seconds received the confirmation email. The crockery and knife came separately and 1 of the plates had unfortunately smashed but a quick email and a photo later I had a replacement sent and received within 2 days. Completely satisfied 😊

Absolutely disgusted with the service from Buzz Catering Supplies.

We purchased a commercial fridge from them and received it faulty from the outset. The fridge was not working correctly, and an engineer had to attend and confirmed that there was a fault. Despite this, we have been left having to repeatedly chase Buzz Catering Supplies to resolve the situation.

What is even more frustrating is the way our complaint has been handled. Rather than taking responsibility for supplying a faulty product and properly resolving the matter, they have attempted to rely on their returns policy. This is completely unacceptable when the issue is a fault with the product itself, not a change of mind on our part.

We have been patient and have given them more than enough opportunity to resolve this professionally. Instead, we have experienced unnecessary delays, poor communication and a complete lack of urgency.

For a company supplying commercial catering equipment, this level of after-sales service is extremely disappointing. We expected a professional company to stand behind the products they sell, especially when an engineer has already confirmed there was a fault.

We are absolutely disgusted with how this situation has been handled and would not recommend Buzz Catering Supplies based on our experience.

We are now having to escalate the matter further to seek the resolution we should have received in the first place.
