Daughter's gift pendant
I received my order I placed after seeing an advertisement in a magazine for a daughters gift pendant. I loved it. The presentation showed a wide gift box containing the pendant and along side of it, displayed a poem card.
What I received was a small narrow cardboard box containing the pendant. Squashed up in the lid was the poem card that was almost unreadable (small writing). The box didn't close properly and was held shut with a cardboard sleeve. For £100, I expected better.
I did contact the seller and explained it was for a gift, I got offered a return but I wanted the proper gift box it was advertised with. I will never purchase from these again and certainly don't recommend them.

Over priced and bad customer service
Placed an order for a very expensive item. Paid £19.99 for express shipping. 2 days later I decided to contact them as my payment was still showing as pending and they hadnt claimed it. They has the audacity to tell me my payment has been declined. No notification from them. I have since read reviews on the item I was going to buy and it looks like the pictures they use are very enhanced so I am pleased they lost this customer.

The figurines are very flimsy one was broken off when it arrived and the connection for the dc4.5v isn’t big enough to get the adapter in to have it run on electric. So for what we paid the quality is very poor

Delightful Gifts!
It's very easy to order items and you know on opening it you won't be disappointed. The craftsmanship is second to none, every intricate detail is perfectly finished and sure to delight anyone receiving a gift. My Grandmother collected figurines, Cinderella etc and now I collect pieces for my Granddaughter. I purchased the monkey doll for my mum who has forever wanted a 'real' one. I think this is the closest she's ever going to get. I know she will adore it and only wish I'd seen it before now!
