Since choosing Nottingham Building Society (Arnold Branch) I’ve been very impressed by the staff they are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Its so nice speaking to a human being who understands the problems and not some automated system.

Handy local branch and pleasant staff
I was able to change my account to one offering a better rate if interest quickly and easily. It was a great help to have a local branch too, rather than having to travel to the city centre. I hope that the Nottingham continues to retainocal branches.

Tracey was very friendly and highly professional and explained everything concisely and easy to understand.
When we decided the products we required,she expedited our transaction in a precise timely matter. She explained what would happen when our products expired and what would need to be.
