I appreciate the phone calls for…

I appreciate the phone calls for special items from Carol Bourdkani and her follow up on me receiving my purchases love her enthusiasm that she brings from your company though I do feel I do receive a lot of other offerings and at times is a bit overwhelming, but nevertheless appreciate all of the opportunities for your products that you have to offer

Merchandise is nice shipping will get you

Merchandise is nice. Not cheap and not extravagant.
I did cut 3 items out of my order because shipping is outlandish. I shipped items and additional items should not be the same shipping cost. After searching some more, I did find similar merchandise and shipping was reasonable. Bingo!

I am very disappointed in this company…

I am very disappointed in this company and I will never use them again. Other people may not have had problems, but this problem just escalated and for a company this large it’s inexcusable.I will tell my friends not to use this company! my son ordered a pendant for me and they sent the wrong item. They sent a bracelet instead that was nowhere near what the pendant cost. I called Customer Service and they explained how to return the item. With the return label, you can specifically ask for a refund because my son was going to give me the money to order it for myself. That way I could have it sent to me in Nevada instead of him in California. The reason for this is because we were visiting him in California when the wrong thing was delivered, so it would make it easier for us to just have it sent to my house in Nevada when I re-ordered it. This is where the problem lies. I specifically checked for a refund. I waited 10 days to call back to see why the refund did not get processed. The person I spoke to said that the original pendant that was ordered was being shipped to my son in California. I specifically asked for the refund and I do not understand why nobody could read directions and do what the Customer asked. If you have something on the return label that specifically says you can get a refund, there’s no excuse for a large company like this, ignoring it.Now they can’t even ship it to my house in Nevada because it’s in the shipping process. this company probably does that all the time and nobody else complains about it, but this really is unacceptable.
