Having saved up for a few years to be able to afford 3 delightful Christmas light up ornaments ( snowman, santa, and beautiful tree) all priced at over £100 i went to their website earlier this week only to discover they were no longer taking orders for items such as these as they were concentrating on coin collections , It seems rather unfair to snub people who have no interest in coins . I did email them but received a rather terse reply which to me seemed to be saying that they weren't bothered , although it did state they would pass on my feedback .

well i ordered 2 coins from them one for 67pounds and one for 47 pounds a month for 6 months they took the first payment before i even got the coins then a week later i got the first coin no sign of the second coin so i phoned them after a chat with them i told them i wanted to return the one coin and cancel the other before it was posted and my money returned into my account they had the royal mail collect the coin and the return service was spot on but the refund was not so quick so after about a week i got back my 67pounds and then about 3 weeks later no sign of my 47 pounds so i went to my bank and got a refund of my money and the bank is chasing them for the return i will never use this company again

Finally got the long awaited globe.

I bought checks one time from this company and now they are charging me $17 a month for some subscription I never agreed to. Will never buy checks or anything from them again.

I used to buy all harry potter figures and the village for a few years. They would send me catalogues every month but for the past year or 2 i have not heard anything from them. I would like to know if they are still selling in the uk. I have spent thousands abd not an email to say what was happening to them

bought Scotland Forever limited edition watch for a friend from Glasgow. promptly delivered although expected delivery time was I think 6 - 8 weeks. my friend likes the watch very much, and says it helps him to pull beautiful women in pubs without paying for their drinks. they buy him Guinness instead

Terrible customer service. I ordered an item and set up a direct debt to pay over 5 months. 1 month I paid twice, 1 by direct debt and 1 by their website, so the next month they didn’t take the payment and I thought it was due to 2 payments being made. They decided to take my account to a debt collector for £30+ pounds, when I tried sorting it out with them they decided to ignore me and still did it.
Around the same time my partner had ordered 2 lots of Christmas baubles 1 got sent and the other was out stock, they decided to not send the 2nd lot but did charge him every month for the 2nd lot he never got. They had the cheek to send me to a debt collector for £30+ and my partner was charged £80 for these baubles he never got. Might be me but no that is worse then they pretend they haven’t had any communication off my partner. These did this to me a few years ago, I sent something back that cost £200 and they said they never received the parcel but wouldn’t refund me either. Yes there is some nice things but I’d stay away, they’ll either make out you haven’t paid or sent anything back and keep the money.

The necklace my husband purchased from this company for a xmas present has gone rusty and we are extremely disappointed with the item. I have emailed this company 4 times now about this and not one reply from them at all.They are quick enough to sell items but not to rectify any problems that occur with the items. I am extremely disappointed as their items are not cheap to buy so would expect much better quality.

I bought the Elvis aloha eagle jumpsuit in an illuminated case and paid for my purchase on the 26th of July 2025 and was delivered around the 10th of August and was initially very pleased, however fast forward 11 months and the cape that drapes over the jumpsuit has turned from white to blue, which is the backing bleeding through, I sent emails to the UK email address and only received bounce backs, having done some internet digging I have found you can only email Bradford Exchange International, so I did and the reply I got was “ I am terribly sorry that has happened. Unfortunately, the UK division has closed down and as your order is now out of warranty, we cannot replace or refund you.” even though it is still in warranty here in the UK they don’t have to offer any kind of warranty now as logistically it is over a reasonable distance to send one, to say I’m disgusted at this kop out is an understatement, I have also found out that they are still trading in this country, as by still taking payments by telephone for split payments and heavily promoting their coin company, despite them saying they have closed down.

Purchased the Kitty Tea Cup Collection (6) in total have received. 1st purchase May 2025 received 1st edition Peppermint Kitty Tea Cup, did not receive the Certificate of Authenticity that was suppose to be sent with the item. I have asked numerous times for the certificate and all I get is will send out in the next (30) days. Up to this date July 2026 well over a year of asking for a simple request have not received. Now sending e-mails and DO NOT EVEN AN REPLY AS TO WHY THIS REQUEST IS NOT BEING TAKEN CARE. Do not recommend to buy any products as they are way over priced and quality is questionable as to the prices charged for all their purchases.

Myself and my husband separately purchased one of the monkey dolls. So we returned his one and it took ages for a return. We finally received cheque that was taken to the bank and bounced. We have never been refunded and it's been a nightmare getting anyone to deal with it. I tried but apparently they will only deal with my husband who's at work most of the day!

The clock we bought has never worked & trying to contact the company by email or phone is proving very difficult as the email address doesn't work. it doesn't fill one with confidence that we will be able to resolve this issue.

Terrible experience. The products are great but the customer service is awful. I paid in full through paypal on an item that had the option for installments, They are now trying to force me to pay the second installment twice as they say they haven't received it. Can't speak to anyone on the phone, the live chat agent was useless. Will neverbuy from them again.
