Possibly you have to shorten the lenght of some brass shafts because they differ slightly from Faema standards

I ordered at the beginning of May. After about a week I was still not getting any tracking data. I messaged the customer service and they said to just wait. Another week goes by and still nothing so I message them again, no response so I message again! 3 weeks later they realize they never shipped it to me and finally send it. Terrible customer service, would not order from them again as they do not seem to running a tight ship. I would not recommend ordering from the US if you can find the product somewhere else.

I live in Canada and purchased a 57mm Lelit portafilter (which was supposed to replicate the functionality of the stock version) from the website in early May 2026. I received it relatively quickly considering the distance. However, upon opening the package, I quickly noticed some issues regarding the dimensions, the fit with the stock Lelit baskets, and the product’s finish. The dimensions weren’t quite the same as the base model, which isn’t a huge deal, but it meant the baskets didn’t fit properly into the portafilter. In fact, either they wouldn’t fit at all, or if I removed the clip completely, they would fit but didn’t stay secure in the portafilter and fell out too easily. Trying with a different clip from another portafilter made it more functional but still too tight as it was hard to put in and scratching the sides of the baskets. Furthermore, in terms of the finish, there was damage in the form of fairly deep and visible scratches on the inside of the filter holder. That said, I contacted customer service, who responded fairly quickly, clarified the situation, and tried to offer solutions. However, the only option that worked for me was to return the item for a refund. Unfortunately, after checking, the cost of shipping the return (which is the buyer’s responsibility) was higher than what I paid for the purchase, so there was no point in sending it back. I’m now left with the choice of throwing away or trying to resell at a loss an item with significant defects.

That said, the company's service was generally good, but I must raise this issue, which was very problematic for me as an international buyer.

JUNE 17 UPDATE (added 3 more stars) : They finally tried to find a solution to make the item work by sending a new basket clip. However, this did not solve the problem. They eventually agreed to issue a refund since the item was not suitable. So I can say that, in the end, they made an effort to properly address the issue and find a suitable solution.

My order never was delivered, I placed it one month ago, April 10, and I don’t have it, wrote to customer services and they say that is usps, this should be resolved immediately, I think that lost my money

Still waiting…It’s been over a month now and when I contacted Blue star they responded with “looks delayed”.
No other information was given.
Send a shout out to captain obvious. Tell me something I don’t know!

Poor delivery, poor customer service!

Edit: My parts finally arrived after 3 months and true to their word I received a refund so the parts came for free. It was a long wait and I wasn’t sure if anything was going to come but it did to Blue Stars credit.
Thanks for following up with me, despite the long charade.

Ordered a bottomless portafilter for my lelit Anna. Shipped to Canada, received it in nine days with a tracking number provided. The portafilter appears to be of high quality at half the price of OEM. Comes with the double basket that is exactly like the one that came with the Anna. I would recommend both this portafilter and Blue Star Coffee.
