Great, as expected
This was my 4th or 5th order and every time the experience was top notch.
Received the item faster than expected, tracking worked as it supposed to, and the product was just what I ordered.

You had ordered the IMS basket B681TH24.5E, and that is what you received.
IMS only make only one single 68mm basket, which is suitable for Gaggia.
It is one of our best-selling IMS baskets, with many positive reviews.
IMS classify it as 6/9 grams approx., but you could get up to 12 grams in it - depending on the coffee used, the freshness of the coffee or the grind setting.
We have a 30-day return policy if you need to return it.

Paid for tracking
Paid for tracking. No tracking. Had to buy separate screws that never came product didn’t come but the screws did come but must tap the holes to make them fit the product. Don’t buy you won’t be happy

We have 4 shipping options to Canada, and you selected the Untracked economy option.
The untracked option is very good value at just €5.00 but is untracked and can take up to 4 weeks from Ireland to Canada.
Your order was dispatched the next day, 23/06/2026, so you should have received it by now.

Sadly very poor after sales support
Sadly very poor after sales support, and their advice contradicts their website. They ignore messages with orders and have no drive to resolve unless you buy even more product.
I'm sure others may love them. I will take my business elsewhere as I have no faith they will resolve any potential future issues with further purchases

Shipping would not know what you would choose. The dispatch department's main priority is to pick the correct products and dispatch them as fast as they can.

Good product and does exactly what I needed it to do - provides stable measurement so I can see what my machine does. Item arrived quickly and screwing the gauge onto the portafilter yielded a simply perfect tool for checking the pressure.

Awesome Customer Experience!
I ordered a rebuild kit for my ECM Syncronika’s E61 group-head. Since Canada had zero kits available, only individual parts at the same cost of an entire kit plus shipping-plus tax from Blue Star Coffee in Ireland. They had everything packed and shipped the next day and I received my order a week later. Very pleased. Everything I ordered was exact and will definitely use them again. Fantastic service. multyple problems during orders from store
1st Time the order 166044 was to be send to israel but then Royal mail was not shipping altough commited by Blue star.
2nd Time the order 167122 partially cancelled as the E&B LAB Nano Shower Screen E61200RNT was out of stock although available in the site for ordering.
3d time - when i finally got the package which was sent to UK and a friend brought it to ISR i found out i made a mistake by ordering by mistake IMS Competition Delonghi basket - Double 12/14g H22 & IMS Competition Delonghi basket - Double 14/16g H24 which is NOT for my expobar when the original order was correct Barista pro Nanotech Basket - 15 gr - H22 so basically they are useless (51 Euro) for me and the whole experience with this store is VERY BAD!

So sorry for the delay in your order, which is out of our control.
The shipping time to Israel was delayed due to the current conflict in the Middle East.
It started moving again on 25/05 -, but it will still be an erratic shipping time as flight times and logistics are affected.
Your 2nd order was shipped to the UK and arrived quickly. We were out of the E&B shower screen, you were informed, and you agreed to ship the balance.
You can still return unwanted items - even past our 30-day period.
