I keep getting this email regarding a review but I haven’t received the product. I have emailed 3 times this week to ask where it has gone and I haven’t received one response

Customer support from Tropic has been genuinely excellent for me over the past month as Royal Mail have repeatedly screwed up my deliveries. I love the products so am genuinely pleased that in spite of carrier issues that Sophie W and the team persisted and I received them in the end. I don’t usually write reviews but the level of customer support was much higher than standard, thank you!!

So the products are lovely, I started using tropical after visiting an exhibition where they had a promotional stand. I was given a hot cloth cleanse, tone and moisturiser. I was sold! Though v expensive compared to my usual soap and water. I religiously do a mini facial once a week but started using the toner and face oil ( super greens or elixir dependent on what I felt each day). I have started to notice my nose and chin pores are blocking and I decided to work on those blocked pores, well my skin is literally tearing off, leaving me with big raw patches . This has never happened before! I’m in my 50’s so my skin is possibly more sensitive but I’ve read up on these skin oils and they can cause this effect. Just a little warning for others using them!!!

Excellent products, great ethos, lovely customer experience. Fully vegan products so I don’t have to search every label and very environmentally conscious which is important to me.
