I was looking for an update regarding my parcel that was with a delay and no updates s from the tracking , I’ve get In touch with GLS, and nicely girl was incredibly helpful, given all details needed and I received my parcel in the next day. Thank you Paola for the amazing support

I still haven't received my goods and no update from GLS after calling them and emailing. Very poor service.

These 5 stars are entirely for Carolina and Alan and the help they provided. For their outstanding customer service and genuine willingness to help.
Unfortunately, my experience with GLS delivery was absolutely awful. However, Carolina and Alan went above and beyond to help me, giving me their full attention and doing everything they could to make sure I received my parcel.

Not great as box was thrown at door step & driver never bothered to knock. Had to ring a neighbour to move the box as left for everyone /anyone to see. Driver should have knocked and when no answer left in. Safe place. Eg behind bins.

Very helpful service team and in particular the customer service representative Karl Radford who kept in touch and sorted out my query during a busy time for the company.

My package arrived looking like it was attacked by an angry dog with "GLS Ireland" tape wrapped all over it, barely keeping the box together.. I'm just relieved that what I ordered was tools in a tool box so the destruction was just to the cardboard box the order came. It's a warning though to avoid this company at all costs #67662504333

They said on tracking parcel was delivered, there is no parcel, held for ages trying to speak to Customer Service, finally got through, have to wait up to 3 days now for Driver to call me and explain what he did with delivery, joke of a service

Surprise, surprise, for the 4th time in a row, the package was not delivered on the day it was out for delivery.

Zooplus told me after the 3rd time and I quote “Following our investigation, the issue has been escalated to the depot manager, who has been asked to address the matter directly with the driver to ensure that appropriate corrective action is taken and to help prevent a recurrence. Additionally, a formal driver conduct complaint has been raised and logged through the appropriate channels for further review.”

I guess you were just saying what Zooplus wanted to hear and had no intention of dealing with the issues raised because if you had dealt with the issues, this wouldn’t be happening for the 4th time in a row.

I think it’s time to get a new driver for that area, because the one that is currently serving the area is obviously completely incompetent and hasn’t got a clue how to do his job or maybe go one step further and fold as a company because you’re obviously not up to the task of delivering peoples packages in a timely manner.

2 days out for delivery, 2 days no delivery!!

Tracking number says package has delivered got no parcel have camera footage of the time it says it was delivered at and no sign of a GLS van,
Customer service said the tracking number I gave them (which is the one they gave me) belongs to a woman in Waterford. No attempt at a resolution by customer service. Very disappointed.bad customer service

Genuinely shocking customer service! I have been waiting for a delivery of a parcel for the last week and I contacted customer service to be told oh it wasn’t delivered as the driver didn’t have time the last few days but that wasn’t an issue 2 weeks ago when a package was delivered at 11pm?

Parcel was delivered to my neighbor. i was confused at first but Karl from the customer service was so helpful

GLS are hands-down one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. I normally judge my ordering online based on the delivery company the retailer uses, if they use GLS, I don't order from them. A retailer I used recently said they used DPD, but it turned out it was actually GLS and low-behold, as with every single one of my dealings with GLS, they lie through their teeth and say "a delivery attempt was made", when nothing of the sort happened. A lazy, poorly run company that should by blacklisted by all retailers, as by using GLS, they are made to look bad by association.

I live in Ireland, it’s now 06/09/2026 and the parcel is in the same spot. No updates, no feedback, customer support advised to send an email. Slowest delivery business I’ve witnessed

Order still hasn’t arrived from MandM who uses GLS courier! And it has been 2 MONTHS. Extremely disappointed. Worst courier ever.
