3rd delivery in a row where a package was out for delivery but was not actually delivered on the day. How many times does this need to happen before they actually take action to resolve these issues and the incompetency within their company. All I keep getting is apologies, when am I actually going to get results?????

Order 21599861330 - dumped at gates by roadside. AGAIN. Nowhere near the house and where anyone driving by could have easily stolen it. Ive contacted the sender so hopefully they will stop using them

Said my parcel will be delivered today. No calls, nothing....I opened my tracking and says "The parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent." How you know I'm absent if you didn't call??? Every time like that. Shame on yous. Will never buy anything again if I see that you are gonna process the delivery.

Hola. Siempre que hago un pedido en Amazon y me sale que ese pedido se ha a realizar a través de GLS, me echo a temblar. Porque siempre, siempre, siempre, tengo problemas con esta empresa. Su frase más repetida... No había nadie en el lugar para la recogida del paquete. Cuento mi último caso. El cuál aún está activo. Pedí unos productos por Amazon con entrega al día siguiente. Lo pedí a mi domicilio, ya que estoy recién operado y no voy a salir a ningún lado. Bueno. Al día siguiente no vino nadie. Al otro día me mandan un WhatsApp diciéndome que "por si no hay nadie en mi domicilio" elija un punto de recogida. A pesar de que yo si voy a estar en casa, para evitar la excusa de siempre, elegí un punto de entrega no demasiado alejado de mi casa. 2 días después, sigo sin saber nada del paquete. Pulso el botón de seguimiento y me pone que con no había nadie para recoger el paquete... ¡Ojo, en su propio punto de recogida!, que se lo llevan a su oficina/almacén a la espera de que vaya a recogerlo. Le he mandado un mensaje al vendedor, diciéndole lo ocurrido y que proceda a la devolución del paquete porque yo no estoy en posibilidad de ir a ningún sitio lejano a por el paquete. El problema es que no ha sido un caso único. Me ha pasado ya muchas veces. Mínimo 10/12 veces. Ya estoy harto de esta empresa. No sé cómo una empresa como Amazon sigo enviando productos por esta "empresa de transporte". Es raro la vez que hagan bien una entrega. Y hablando con vecinos de lo ocurrido, a ellos también les ha ocurrido lo mismo. Mentiras como está, perdidas de paquetes, entregas de 1 día efectuadas 20 días después...

All the items inside the box were OK however the box was fully open and a bit broken on the side. It looks it wasn't sealed properly. Now this could be the fault of the seller and not the delivery service,I don't know.

Regular driver always friendly- excellent service

I’m living in the Lucan area and out delivery’s were always very hit and miss but the last few months I have seen a significant improvement in the service. They are always on time if not before they were due, left in a safe place and never an confusion, the delivery driver is always so pleasant and friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure I get my parcels. I got talking to him today for a few minutes and I’m so surprised in the work that happens behind the scenes before the parcel even gets to myself fair play he works so hard and it really shows the service has come on leaps and bounds the last few months and myself and the neighbours have all commented on the professionalism of the delivery driver. Also noted today he had an electric van, amazing to see them showing interest in the environment 10/10 service for me well done 💯

Never use GLS again! I’m waiting for a parcel from Spain; it was due to be delivered yesterday, and the only reason given for why it can’t be delivered is that they’re running behind with deliveries within Mayo due to staff shortages, and that the customer should be patient. It makes me wonder what sort of company this is – does the boss himself deliver the parcels to the west here? What are companies supposed to do that rely on urgently needed spare parts and, unfortunately, have them sent via GLS? Or do we in Mayo not count as customers? Unfortunately, I couldn’t select any of the other delivery options – for whatever reason – so I’m resigned to the fact that the CEO will personally deliver my parcel by stagecoach in early December.

I have to say this delivery was very smooth, gls informed me once they had received the item and it was delivered within the day, delivery driver was lovely too.

I dropped off a parcel and it sat in the shop for over two weeks awaiting collection. The GLS system recognised that the parcel was in the shop but no attempt was made to collect. I sent two emails to GLS but both were totally ignored.
To make matters worse, I don't live in Ireland (was visiting for the day when I left the parcel) so I wasn't able to go to the shop to retrieve it. Fortunately, the shop owner assisted and I changed to DPD who collected and deleivered within 24 hours. I will never use GLS again and I await a refund.
