Blue Star is excellent. It should not amaze me that I receive great pricing and service from across the pond... Ireland. My ancestors were from County Claire.
I've recommended Blue Star to other Gaggia users and I will continue to order from them...

I found Blue Star Coffee to be incredibly efficient and professional from start to finish. Their website is a genuine pleasure to browse, it’s clear, well organised and packed with almost every part and accessory a barista could hope for. The product information and descriptions are excellent and make it really easy to buy with confidence.

Checkout was fast and smooth, dispatch was prompt, delivery was quick. I also appreciated the follow up email confirming everything went through properly. Overall, a brilliant buying experience. Highly recommended.

update 2: finally 17 february the package was delivered! it took for a while, more than 3 weeks, but i have to say it was worth waiting. my old Rocket is working again. :) little bit slow delivery, but good, quality spare parts! thank you, cheers

update 1: 11 february the package has reach customs. delayed, but on its way.

I needed a new Portafilter and gasket for my Gaggia. There was a good choice of products, they arrived quickly to Spain, and I am very satisfied with the quality. The portafilter is of the same standard and weight as the original from Gaggia.

Since January 25th when I placed the order, I still haven't received it.

Ordered a Portafilter puck, it was a seemless process. Got instant confirmation of order and knew exactly where the item was every step of the way. Needed a specific sized 49.5 mm which is hard to get hold of. Thank you all at Bluestar.

Jan 7 I placed ann order at 8:38. I sent an email at 8:52, just 14 minutes later requesting order cancellation. Jan 12 I received the pump I did NOT need, Jan 14 I received an email stating “We were too late to stop it”and giving me a tracking link for the package I already had.
The good news it had a link for me to leave this review, ironic no lol.

never received products, I've been waiting almost 2 months, no refund, no product, bad company

Spent over €260 on a grinder from this company that became faulty within 2 years and they refused to help me get a replacement. Essentially fobbed me off and now left me having to buy a new grinder and wasting €260. Great to know how much they don’t give a shit about their customers
