Blue Ribbon is truly one of the best companies in the travel industry.
Their team responds incredibly fast and provides accurate, real-time updates, even when the airline is unable to help. In my case, Blue Ribbon had already told me which flight my clients' luggage was on, when it had landed, and exactly where it was, while the airline was still asking us to identify the bags.
Their service gave me and my clients peace of mind during a very stressful situation, and I honestly don't know what we would have done without their help. They step in when no one else can.

It looks like there's been a misunderstanding. Blue Ribbon Bags is a baggage tracking and expedite service. Once our service is purchased, we do not charge any additional fees.
We've requested further information via Trustpilot but haven't heard back from you. We'd be happy to investigate this further. Feel free to reach out us at support@blueribbonbags.com with your name and the screenshots of the additional charges. From there, we can get to the bottom of this.
Bad experince to get the compensiation
It took me 3 weeks of fighting to get my compensation, the issue was that they had a system error, which shows that the bag had arrived; however i shared a tremendous amount of proof that it didn't, but they simply ignored it and stuck to their story i sent maybe 20 Emails and 6 LinkedIn messages to get the compensation, which i did

No clear answer after weeks – very disappointing service
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my claim MBR2460627. I complied with all the requirements and submitted all requested documents, yet weeks later I still have no update on my missing baggage and no clear answer regarding the Blue Ribbon Bags Satisfaction Guarantee. I kindly ask Blue Ribbon Bags to review my case and provide a direct response instead of automated replies.

This organisation should not be allowed to continue to fleece people of their hard earned money, I travelled on Royal Air Maroc my luggage did not arrived on my flight, I made an online contact with RAM and an auto generated ticket number was issued by the contact center which I attached to my claim form on blue ribbon website before the deadline. 24hrs after an auto generated message came through that my claim was denied due to non submission of valid reference number, 17 seconds later the denial email was updated to courtesy email requesting for a valid email referencing a file number from AIR MAROC I replied immediately with the same number and screenshot of my correspondence with RAM, blue ribbon came back with another excuse that they are not an insurance company and that I am will never be entitled to any compensation irrespective of whether my bag is found or not, I was wondering to myself how would any reasonable person shifts the goal post at the middle of a game? No investigation to find out where my luggage was just an abrupt email saying they can't help, are these guy for real?
I have come to review them base on the performance and I will continue to give them the same one star rating wherever I found their track, I won't stop at this I will surely involve ombudsman and office of trade, this a daylight fraud that should not be allowed in any circumstances.
