Statue Of Liberty Guide Arvostelua 

Our guide, Jacob, was great! But the tour had false advertising as we did not skip any lines. If you don't do well in crowds and booked this thinking you'd avoid the cattle herding, this won't be a great option. We were in line with all the other non private tour folks.

Very confusing! We paid for a vocal tour and never figured out how to access it. We’re in our 80’s!

Tour guide was super nice. But when I booked the experience, I thought we were going to be able to go inside the Statue of Liberty. That was what my kids were most looking forward to! But alas these tickets DO NOT let you go inside the Statue of Liberty, just tour the island and Ellis island. Very misleading. No where on the site did it say this.

Im very disappointed with Groupon services!!! I purchased almost a $100 tickets including insurance on it & never got my QR code to scan my tickets. I got there and could enjoy the trip with a guest I had that came to visit uSA & wanted to go to statue of liberty & we never made it they told us to come back the next day. I was frustrated to see my guest who never has visited couldn’t get the opportunity to have a great experience and this wasn’t possible through GROUPON. I hope this issue gets resolved. I wish to get new tickets or get reimbursed.

Line wait for "timed" entry was a cluster fck. People shoulder to shoulder in the direct sun/heat waiting to get into security building. That's were the fun really begins. Strip down worse than boarding at Newark Airport. Totally ridiculous. Also, scanning device was malfunctioning and had to be reset many times. No line control discipline. Really created negative vibes before stepping on boat. Never again!!!

Everyone just pushes each other through security, to get on and off the ferry and it was a terrible experience. Also, food lines were too long. You should create single lines with ropes

We chose the skip the line guided tour and our guide was so informative and helpful. He answered all our questions and took us to many spots for the best views for our pictures.

The pedestal access is the best way to explore statue. The views we got from here were tremendous.

We had fun at the tour and amazing nyc skylines views from the ferry.

Ease of parking great history

There were a lot of workers walking around pointing people in the right direction. Check in along with security was simple and quick. There were a lot of boats so plenty of opportunity to move from point to point easily. I get motion sickness easily but the boat ride was pretty smooth so no worry there. Overall we really enjoyed our experience.

I asked two people at the Staten Island ferry if this stops at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, both told me yes. By the time I returned, I was not on time for the 4:45 PM boat. I was refused a refund and blamed for missing the boat. Also, I was informed that the boat did not actually stop at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, which is false advertising. Apparently with this company, it’s just about the money.

As a family of 5, to spend 187$ to take a ferry to and from the Statue of Liberty was quite expensive. We spent more time waiting in lines than on the island.

Everything was smooth and pleasant once we boarded .
My only dislike is that a lot of people cut the line- even accompanied by some tour guide or one posing as a guide- and there's no one to control that.
Also, there's construction and the entrance is blocked. You should instruct people
on the tix selling webpage where to access the ferry.
Thanks for warning us of scammers! Two such crooks stopped us on our way saying we had no authorisation to go to the ferry! Laughable.

I really liked the exhibit around the statue of liberty and the museum that explained how it was made. Also the trip to Ellis Island and the information about its history was very interesting. My only suggestion for improvement is that you should point out more clearly that for going up to the statue of liberty and inside, an additional ticket is needed, apart from general admission. That was not clear to me and I missed out on it...

We got there 5mins late because the map that was sent to us by email to get to the ferry is not accurate, so we got lost and couldnt get there on time and the people there were very rude to us and didnt let us in! Such a bad experience! Will leave a very bad google review too so nobody gets scammed again!

I clicked 4 out of 5 Stars, because there was no option to rebook when severe weather alerts are in effect! We got there, but the flash flooding in much of NJ (including Jersey City where the ferry docks) caused dangerous delays. Upon arrival, we walked up to The Pedestal only to be told nobody could go outside due to lightning nearby! I don’t blame the park for being safe, but the rain storm started in the morning. The forecasts all week never said more than a 50% chance of rain. Having a policy of no cancellations after 48 hrs prior to your scheduled time is fine. But no option to reschedule if there is flash flooding, and lightning storms that crop up on the day of? Seriously?!?
