My wife visited benchmark today 13/6/26 she had booked on line got confirmation but when she arrived a very rude saleswoman said no you don't when she showed her the email so I can't help you I have a customer my wife explained she has come along way to be told we all have to travel we will be going to WREN

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Paul at Benchmarx in Epsom for helping design my kitchen. I now have a beautiful, bright and airy space that works so well. Paul also worked very closely with my kitchen fitter regarding all the technical specifications, delivery etc. I'm delighted with my new kitchen ... Paul and his team were always very helpful any time I popped into the showroom for advice before the final decision was made.

We are very happy with our new kitchen, designed by Cobi (Salford). He was amazing from start to finish with the whole process. The kitchen is fantastic quality and the design is everything we hoped for. Even after the kitchen was delivered, he helped with some missing parts and this was sorted within 24 hours. Thanks again.

She was extremely helpful with the design process and accommodated the few requests that we had to make changes to the design. We made the mistake of buying one of their Neue 13 dishwashers, Neue is a white-label, budget brand of integrated appliances manufactured by Hoover Candy exclusively for the Travis Perkins group (which includes Benchmarx Kitchens). In just over a year, the door literally snapped off its left hand side hinge due to metal fatigue. They are listed as a budget friendly option, which may be true in terms of initial upfront purchase costs, but as my old gran used to say, you buy cheap, you buy twice. In this case, buying twice is an understatement since you likely need to buy one every year. I'm used to things like PCB failures, pump failures etc, but when a dishwasher fails due to metal fatigue because the metal is only slightly thicker than aluminium foil, you know you're talking next level garbage. Even if they start selling them off at £100.00 you should still avoid them! This time round we invested in an Asko dishwasher.

James Salt in the first instance, and then Alana Cross-from initial discussion, design, delivery and fitting, Alana was a continuous support and help, holding our hands throughout the process. Always available, intelligent suggestions during the design process, guiding us continually even after the fitting was complete. We cannot recommend Alana, James and the TP Benchmarx Bridgwater team, enough. A real credit to themselves and the Team. Thank you so much Alana!

It was a pleasure from start to finish, from the designing to tweaking the design, ordering and delivery. Aston and Amanda were a pleasure and couldn’t do enough to help us navigate through the process. Very professional and considerate to our needs.the kitchen looks amazing now it’s finished. Could not recommend this company enough.

We had an excellent experience with Benchmarx Kitchens in Folkestone.

From the initial home visit through to delivery, the service was friendly, professional, and consistently supportive. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and clear guidance at every stage.

A couple of small items were missing from the initial delivery, largely due to a last-minute change on our side, but these were resolved quickly and efficiently without any fuss.

Paul, our main contact, was particularly helpful, and when he wasn’t available, other members of the team stepped in seamlessly and were equally willing to assist.

Although Benchmarx did not carry out the installation, our fitter was highly impressed with the quality and service provided—and has since started recommending them as a result.

All in all, a fantastic experience and a great end result in terms of supply and service. We felt well looked after from start to finish.

Great service from Kevin at New Southgate branch. Very easy design process and listened to what I needed/ wanted. Delivery timeline was good. When one of the units delivered was damaged they were quick to replace it and also gave refunds for bits my builder ended up not using. End product feels very high quality and functional.

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we have ever had.

We paid for our kitchen through Benchmarx Birkenhead on 20th February after they came highly recommended by our fitter. We were happy with the design and were assured everything would be ready for delivery by Friday 15th May so the kitchen could be fitted the following week.

However, after ripping out our old kitchen on Monday 11th May, we were informed there had been a mistake and our order would be delayed by a week. This meant our original fitter could no longer complete the work and could not fit us back in until next year unless we found someone else.

We then had to make two separate trips to the Benchmarx store — one to choose alternative cabinets and another to clarify the worktop choice and review the design and order form. During this process, it became clear that parts of the design were either missing, unrecorded, or not actually feasible, which had only just been identified.

As a result, we had to compromise on the cabinet design and colour in order to receive the kitchen quicker. We also discovered that the oven we ordered, which had a 12-week lead time, had never actually been ordered when we made our purchase. By pure luck, one was eventually sourced from a nearby warehouse in time for fitting.

We were told these issues were due to management sickness and the kitchen designer leaving the company. Unfortunately, the problems continued after delivery:

- One cabinet arrived damaged and needed replacing.
- Half of the hinges supplied were incorrect.
- Some cupboard handles were missing.
- The integrated microwave supplied did not fit and had to be reordered.
- The planned integrated extractor fan setup turned out not to be feasible during fitting, and Benchmarx offered no suitable alternative, leaving us to source one ourselves.

Not only have we had to compromise on what was meant to be our dream kitchen, but we are still waiting for:

- An updated finance agreement reflecting the lower-cost replacement units.
- A clear explanation of how these issues occurred and why they were not identified earlier.
- Any meaningful communication from Benchmarx or Travis Perkins head office regarding how they intend to prevent this happening to other customers.
- Any offer of compensation for the mishandling of our order.

Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish.

Quality worktops. Would recommend. Very helpful staff, especially Barbara (Martlesham, Ipswich), who helped us with a delivery issue and kept us informed throughout.

I had a Benchmarx kitchen designed and installed 2 years ago. The quality is outstanding and the attention to detail and use of space is exceptional.
I have had an issue with a electric component and was fortunate to meet Mark Moores at the Salford branch who has gone over and above to ensure the problem is dealt with swiftly and the issue rectified under warranty with no inconvenience to myself. I cannot praise Benchmark highly enough or Mark M for being so professional and attentive to the customer.

I have dealing with both Daniel and Matthew at Benchmarx Ludlow for a year, renewing my mother in laws house. They have been absolutely amazing; kind, considerate, knowledgable, professional, helpful and flexible. They have been incredibly accommodating of design changes, sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers all while giving great value for money.

Erika Morkunaite made my experience exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and I changed the design a few times. I love my Benchmark kitchen!
