Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery Arvostelua

We were very pleased with the creative and friendly help with planning our new kitchen. The quality of the product is excellent.

James made what could have been a stressful experience, very easy. He was thorough in his information, giving out pointers he felt may be helpful, and was very knowledgeable about the products. He was great with communication ; if not available returned calls very quickly. He even went outside of what I would consider scope of responsibility, to deliver an item having collected it personally from the neighbouring town. Very happy with my kitchen refurb, and that, combined with a superb fitter, made this whole thing very stressless. Would definitely use benchmarxx again.

Monique came and measured up to ensure the drawings were correct and gave me the number of a fitter they use Ninja Kitchens. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo to measure and install the kitchen absolutely above and beyond with communication and and small issues answered same day with how it would be resolved. Highly recommended

Mollie Smith at Benchmark kitchens in Minworth was outstanding. Professional ,helpful, thorough and very knowledgeable . We had great quality cupboards and worktops at an excellent price . We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will return should we have to make any more alterations to our kitchen. Top marks.

We had a fantastic experience working with Tas at Benchmarx Kitchens throughout our entire kitchen journey, from the initial design stage to bringing our vision to life. Tas was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and approachable, taking the time to understand exactly what we wanted and helping us create a beautiful new living space in our home.

What really stood out was Tas’s confidence, attention to detail and evident experience in the kitchen industry, qualities we had struggled to find with many other companies. He guided us through the process and offered valuable advice and ensured that we achieved the kitchen we wanted whilst keeping within our budget.

We chose the Sherwood range in Midnight Blue and Grey, and the finished kitchen looks absolutely stunning, with a luxurious and pristine appearance. The quality is excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

We would definitely recommend Tas to anyone considering a new kitchen. Transforming a kitchen can be a very stressful and demanding experience and thus, his expertise, hard work and friendliness make him a real credit to not just Benchmarx Kitchens but the kitchen industry as a whole! We couldn't be more grateful for all his help which has ultimately made such a positive difference to our home.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly cannot praise Mollie from the Minworth branch enough! From start to finish, the whole experience has been exceptional. Mollie went above and beyond to support us throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always on the end of the phone whenever we had a question, needed advice or just wanted reassurance. Her professionalism, kindness and willingness to help made the whole experience so much easier.
Mollie is an absolute credit to the company and we really couldn't have asked for better customer service.
A huge thank you to Mollie for everything- you've been amazing !! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a new kitchen! 🥰

Aston was welcoming and easy to talk to. I said which kithen I liked in the showroom and she took it from there, I didn't need to worry about anything else. Aston came and took measurements before and after the old kitchen got removed to make sure she made no mistakes. Very happy with how my new kitchen has turned out, I had no issues or concerns at all.

We bought our kitchen at the Benchmarx branch in Ludlow and are extremely pleased with the kitchen itself and the advice, design and after sales support received from Daniel there.
He listened to our needs and made really helpful design suggestions, explaining well how the kitchen would work. The design process was very professional - when we visited the branch the image of our kitchen was displayed on the large screen and we were able to look at sample doorcolours and worktop designs. The end result is even better than anticipated.

Absolutely amazing service at Kendal Leah was amazing had lots of ideas and helped us design a great utility.
The products are fab and we are so impressed with the customer service and communication!
Excellent experience would recommend to anyone considering a kitchen or utility.

We went to Benchmark with relatively low expectations, given they were part of a large builders merchant group, but then we met Kaye-Marie Gibson and all our expectations were turned on their head. She was brilliant at listening and understanding our project, then used all of her experience and product knowledge to come up with a fantastic solution that we were extremely happy with. She showed immense patience dealing with all of our follow up questions and managed the whole process very proactively and delivered every time on what she promised. She is a massive asset to the company and was a delight to deal with and we couldn't have been happier with her support and level of service.

Adam Wilson, the Implant Branch Manager at the Rugby Branch was a real pleasure to do business with. From listening to my kitchen and utility room ideas to planning both the rooms, it was refreshingly honest and professional. I truly love my kitchen and he went above and beyond. If anyone is looking for a genuine kitchen designer, he is your guy!

Danni designed our kitchen from start to finish and she was absolutely amazing! Nothing was ever a bother! Not to mention Jenni and Ann, all of them made the whole process, smooth and enjoyable. They are all great at their jobs and we will recommend them to everyone!

We’ve spoken to a number of kitchen designers throughout this process, but Mark has genuinely set himself apart from everyone else.
From the very beginning, his professionalism, knowledge and overall approach have been exceptional. He took the time to really understand what we wanted, listened carefully to our ideas and offered excellent advice throughout the whole design process.
What particularly stood out was Mark’s design ability and attention to detail. He was able to take our ideas and turn them into a design that really works for the space, while also suggesting things we hadn’t considered ourselves. His experience and knowledge really come across when speaking with him.
Having dealt with several other kitchen designers, Mark has been a clear standout. He has been patient, approachable, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout, and the level of service and professionalism he has shown has been excellent.
I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Mark to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and talented kitchen designer. He has genuinely set himself apart from the others we have dealt with.

We were so lucky to have the chance to work with Gianina Manciu, our designer. She was absolutely amazing her patience is beyond the words .She was professional, and attentive throughout the whole process. She did a perfect job, and everything was fitted beautifully, exactly as it should be, like it was made just for us.
I absolutely love my kitchen it’s my happy place, and I couldn’t be more proud of it. Our family and friends love it too. I would choose Ganina and do it all over again without hesitation, and I highly recommend her. Beyond grateful for everything!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to the branch in Whitstable to look at the kitchens on offer. We spoke to Dave, who was friendly and very helpful but never pushy.
We had 4 different kitchen designs from various suppliers and chose Dave’s as it was more imaginative than the others. We chose a 2 colour kitchen and he managed to combine trims, end panels etc to bring them together in a smart, ‘together’ way.
We started the kitchen with a fitter who unfortunately proved incapable of fitting a modern kitchen. Dave and Maisy (sorry not sure of the spelling!) were so kind and supportive during quite a difficult period, and helped us out - a lot!
We managed to get a good builder in to pick up the pieces, who did a fantastic job and we now have the lovely kitchen we imagined.
Our chippie hadn’t worked with Benchmarx before but was very complimentary about the quality.
All in all, a very positive experience and I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Great experience of Adam Wilson. Thank you for giving me flexibility or ideas to work out with a small kitchen space. Highly
Recommended.

I needed a kitchen update for our small kitchen and needed extra storage space and after researching different sites online for months , I called into my Benchmarx showroom Mold on the off chance off finding something to suit our budget.Abi was very helpful, friendly and very professional. She totally put me at ease and sorted a beautiful kitchen for me within our small budget. Our fitter Chris was equally as friendly and professional and charged us accordingly and again within our small budget. I can't thank them enough. My perfect kitchen with much more storage space. Thank you so much Abi and Scott and Chris.

**Beautiful kitchen & fantastic service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

I’ve worked with Benchmarx Croydon and Tom before on commercial projects, but choosing them for my own home was an even better experience. Tom was brilliant — professional, friendly and genuinely interested in understanding my needs, priorities and budget. His advice and help with the finance options made the whole process so easy.

Everything arrived on time, the quality is excellent, and they recommended a great fitter too. I’m absolutely delighted with my new kitchen! 🏡

‼️Highly recommend Benchmarx Croydon and Tom‼️

Aston was excellent. She listened to what we envisioned our kitchen to be and designed it to look and work perfectly. She also liaised with our builder so that the whole process ran smoothly. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend her and Benchmarx Kitchens Llanelli.

We are so pleased with our kichen which we had fitted a couple of months ago from the Rugby branch. Kaye-Marie Gibson was great from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about everything, patient when we changed our minds about anything. We popped in to see her many times before were happy with the plans. We had kitchen and utility in Taupe which looks beautiful. Would recommend
