We recently had our kitchen designed and supplied by Benchmark Gloucester, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the final result. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent.

Cara Neary designed our kitchen and really listened to all of our wants and needs, helping us create a space that works perfectly for us. Her attention to detail and design expertise made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

We also want to give a special mention to James Blake, who has provided incredible aftercare service. We had a couple of snags after installation, and James sorted everything immediately and professionally, which gave us complete confidence in the team.

I recently purchased a kitchen and had a positive experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. My designated designer, Gianina, responded promptly to my emails, and the team at the New Southgate branch was always friendly and professional.
What stood out most was how supportive and understanding they were at every stage, which was extremely valuable, as renovations almost always come with elements of stress. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful advice, and made the whole experience feel smooth and less stressful. Communication was clear throughout, and I always felt kept up to date.
Overall, I’m very happy with both the service and the experience provided. I would recommend Benchmarx to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Needed to replace a cabinet door in my kitchen which had been supplied by benchmarx 5 years ago and which I love.
Got in touch with benchmarcx in Willenhall and spoke to Sara, who sourced the correct door and had it ready for me to collect just a few days later. Very helpful and thorough. Sara, thank you so much!

The kitchen design we settled on has been great, the price was competitive, the sales guy has been friendly and we are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the units, ceramic worktops, boiling water tap, sinks and appliances. So mostly pretty good. But they spoilt our experience with poor service and a few bad items.

The kitchen itself was slow to arrive, particularly one colour of door panels, which we were told had a longer lead time when we ordered. However, beyond this there have been more delays and glitches than I'd have wanted. Mainly little things - the wrong type of LED lights, poor quality pull-out units, limited instructions, missing finishing trims, and bits we didn't receive in the fitting kits for the appliances. The sales guy has been nice about it, and is mostly willing to sort things out, but it all takes time and adds extra cost for our fitters.

The worst was the LED light system, which was wrongly supplied; we ordered colour, got a mix of white and colour parts that didn't work together, then got sent white replacement parts, then the whole system made the metal tracks buzz and didn't work as described, and we had to pay to have it all removed, leaving unsightly holes in the expensive kitchen. I've had to chase and chase and chase to get replacements of faulty parts, and they've not refunded fitting costs for items that were not fit for purpose.

I just think Benchmarx could sort out all these kinds of things and have a really brilliant service, but just haven't got their systems working properly to ensure that all the little details work well. So whilst they were by far the best option we found, and we are pleased with our kitchen now it is done, I still think there is some room for improvement.

Really happy with the product and service. No pushy sales people, and great to be able to get finance options to spread the cost of our lovely new kitchen. Karen at the Mead Road branch was very helpful in both the design & installation process.

The outstanding knowledge from Alana Cross the kitchen designer was invaluable, we have never met anyone who exuded some much enthusiasm and experience. Alana is an amazing asset to the company.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me sort my kitchen out at short notice and made the process nice and easy. Would definitely recommend. Really impressed with the price too.

Can’t thank the team at Martlesham enough, having experienced the failure of a Butler sink, Huw and Barbara went above and beyond to ensure not only that a replacement was sourced, but that it was covered under warranty and delivered quickly without any fuss, I have used this branch for many years now, it is good to know that customer service is still the focus point and I can confidently provide a service to my customers that is backed up some years after initial installation has been completed. Thanks once again and I hope this gives anyone looking to use Benchmarx some reassurance of customer service and backup.

Gloucester Branch. We have had outstanding professional service from James Blake with our new kitchen.
From our initial meeting through to the completion he has consistently impressed us with his excellent knowledge of the product and the subsequent plan of our new kitchen. He responded to our needs and added his own ideas. He was always helpful and flexible to alter plans but never put us under any pressure, at the same time was fully prepared for our meetings.
His recommendation of the fitter proved to be extremely successful. Throughout the installation he provided excellent communication and commitment. We did experience some issues which James resolved without any quibbles, even going so far as instigating compensation from a supplier.
We are extremely thrilled with our new kitchen. Thank you James!

After visiting several of the main brands we opted to go with Benchmarx as the quality and finish of the ready assembled units looked good at a very competitive price .
We arranged for Carly from the Rickmansworth branch to visit our house to carry out an initial survey. On this visit and our subsequent trip to the showroom she was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable without any hint of ‘pressure selling’ or mention of the dreaded time sensitive special offers.
Right from the start Carly promised to work with us throughout the project until we were completely happy with the final result – which she absolutely did.
Needless to say we are completely delighted with our new kitchen.

I’ve been working with Benchmark Kitchens at their Gloucester branch for many years, and their service has been consistently outstanding throughout. Over that time, I’ve purchased dozens of kitchens, and the experience has always been nothing short of five star.

Cara and James in particular deserve special recognition. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. No request is ever too much trouble. Whether it’s assisting with designs, managing orders, or handling last minute changes, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
