Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery Arvostelua

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Benchmarx Kitchens in Lincoln (Teal Park). The quality is outstanding, and the finished look has exceeded all our expectations.

However, what really set Benchmarx Lincoln apart is the exceptional service we received from the team (in particular JW) throughout the entire process. From the initial design and ordering stages onwards, their support was second to none. We used our own independent fitter for the installation, yet the Benchmarx team were more than happy to work with them, despite not having worked with them before. Their willingness to help and collaborate ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Having a dedicated contact in branch who regularly checked in with us while the kitchen was being fitted made a huge difference. On the rare occasion that an issue arose, it was dealt with immediately. For example, when one cabinet needed to be replaced, a new one was delivered within a matter of hours, ensuring there was no disruption to the installation.

Kitchen renovations can often be stressful, but the team at Benchmarx made the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable. Their professionalism, responsiveness and genuine commitment to customer service gave us complete confidence throughout.

We couldn't be happier with the end result and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Benchmarx Lincoln Kitchens to anyone considering a new kitchen

From the second we walked into the Exeter store, Zayleigh was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly, in stark contrast to other kitchen shops we’d visited. We had a few odd requests and with her astute advice have ended up with the most incredible kitchen. It was such a joy to work with someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. The delivery and quality was also perfect. Thank you so much :)

Kelsey and Benchmarx were great to deal with. We are really happy with our new kitchen and definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new kitchen.

The staff at Benchmarx Croydon were so helpful throughout the process in helping us select our new kitchen. Farhan gets a special mention for going above and beyond to ensure we got our new kitchen delivered and installed before we moved into the property. I can’t thank them enough for making the whole process silky smooth👌🏾

Ordered a kitchen from martlesham heath branch very helpful and gave me a delivery date the delivery came on time unfortunately during the delivery I passed out on the road outside the property! But luckily for me the driver called Ash managed to catch me and break my fall. I feel he went above and beyond helping me and stayed with me and explained what had happened to my wife , So thanks Ash and Benchmarx

Angharad Rogers was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The kitchen design was excellent and the costings sheet breakdown was useful

This is the second kitchen we have had designed and supplied by Benchmarx (Minworth), and we are just as happy with this one as we were with the first.

The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Phil did a fantastic job with the design, really taking the time to understand how we would actually use the space. He made lots of helpful suggestions and came up with ideas that simply hadn’t occurred to us, which have made a real difference to the finished kitchen.

Everything was handled professionally and was very well organised throughout. Charlie was also extremely helpful and made sure our fitter had everything he needed in good time for the installation, which helped the whole process run smoothly.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Benchmarx again. Excellent service all round — 10/10.

Paul was very helpful with a visit and then a complete re design of kitchen which has rejuvenated the space completely

We had our new kitchen designed by Adam at Benchmarx Kitchens in Rugby, he made the whole process hassle free, any questions we had were answered promptly & nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new kitchen

Excellent service and advise through the whole process. Special mention to both Dorica and Craig who both went out of they way to accommodate with samples and various design changes.

Just an overall poor experience trying to get a quote and decided to buy elsewhere.

This is the second kitchen we have purchased from Benchmarx and it was such a good experience originally it made sense to go same route again. This time we ordered through the farnborough branch and the whole process has been fantastic. Grant was truly amazing with our design and was so helpful and patient with us throughout, and his ideas and guidance made such a difference to the end result. The delivery was excellent with clear communication on timescales and everything was handled with care. Charley has also been super helpful throughout the process.
The kitchen looks amazing and quality of finish of the units is top notch. Such a friendly and professional service from start to finish.

I had carried out a great deal of research beforehand and had decided on a Benchmarx kitchen. I had Adrian (Ade) Charters design it with me. Den is McCarthy kitchen fitter made my dream kitchen come true. Delightful people to deal with. No pressure sales. The products came very well protected. Made everything so much easier for me. Couldn't be happier. Absolutely love it. Thank you to David the Manager at the Exeter branch and team. Keep up the good work.

Benchmarx Martlesham Heath were really helpful in sourcing me an almost exact match for a discontinued internal door handle. It was delivered within two days of the order. For such a small item they went out of their way to help and I would have no hesitation in using them again

I used Grant at farnborough benchmarx and he was fantastic from start to finish, a unit turned up damaged but that was quickly rectified and I’m very happy with the kitchen.

Angharad was amazing. Fantastic service. Wont use anybody else now

I had a few different kitchen companies that all gave me quotes, for a new kitchen. Bencemarx wasn't the cheapest. But by far the best. The guys at postwick Bencemarx made the whole process so easy and simple. Nothing is to much trouble for these guys. And there very approachable and helpful always happy to change the design and layout at any point. The kitchen was fitted. The quality of the kitchen is a very high standard. And the after sales calls to check everything was ok. Is very reassuring. In my opinion if your getting a new kitchen you would go wrong with Bencemarx.

Purchased my kitchen from the girls at Lee Green Branch. Darcie And Lucy helped me from start to finish and as I was so indecisive they offered me a few options with design and colour. Very professional and I felt like they listened to what I wanted.
Absolutely love my kitchen and a huge thank you to Darcie & co.

I recently bought my Benchmarx kitchen from the Penrith branch.
The overall experience was excellent, the team were all friendly and helpful. There were a few things that weren’t quite right on delivery and they were dealt with quickly and professionally.
I would definitely recommend Benchmarx, the kitchen is great quality and from design to delivery I’ve got nothing but praise for my service.

Had a very good experience with this branch. I had bought a kitchen from this branch previously many years ago at another property. I went back to them again as I knew they quality and service is good. I was looked after by Farhan at the croydon branch who went out of his way to make sure I got the kitchen I wanted. He helped with my vision and design. Everything was delivered on time and all units are fully built. Farhan also visited my house also whilst the kitchen was being fitted by the builders to make sure everything was perfect.I got a fantastic kitchen which is very good quality and looks fantastic. Can't recommend this branch enough. Really appreciate Farhan and the team for looking after me, highly recommend.
