Purchased a home and discovered that this company had installed an in basement system in 2006. I inquired about the warranty and was initially told that no warranty would be available because I was not the subsequent purchaser in 2014 (I was the next buyer in 2019). I asked about extending the warranty and they scheduled an appointment for a tech to visit. Today the tech did not show up so I called to find out why. They had cancelled the appointment without telling me and I was told that it would cost $5500.00 to renew the warranty. I asked for a copy of the original paperwork to see exactly what work was done and they refused. They have no obligation to extend a warranty to me but this interaction has made me sure that I will not deal with this company going forward. This posting is to help you understand how this company works.

Were on time, they did what they said they would do. Their crew was very professional and when they were done everything was picked up. The crew explained everything they were doing and sealed the area to prevent dust and dirt throughout the house.

Mid-Atlantic did a very professional job. your basement is much dryer than it was before their work. On warranty follow up they were great when both our sump pumps fail, they did not hesitate to replace them.

We were worried about how the end product of our basement waterproofing project would perform because of the number of failures we had in the past. This became especially worrisome over the past month when the skies opened up with a powerful lot of rain. But our basement remained dry throughout and now we believe we can safely move forward with our basement refinishing project. Thank you Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing.

Very Expensive. Had to use my personal power cords as the installer did not have any power cords.
Salesman was HIGH PRESSURE and I probably would not have purchased from Mid Atlantic except for the fact that I am going thru chemo and just wanted to get the job done.

Had two pumps installed so the whole basement was dug up along wall, they worked hard and quickly and cleaned up everything.
Right before warranty ran out on one of the pumps it died, they sent a serviceman out in a timely manner and put new one in with no hassle. My experience was a good one with Mid-Atlantic.

We had the system installed a few years ago and were very happy. However we got just a little bit of water coming in an informed the company. They came promptly to fix it and the basement has remained dry despite the torrential rain we had these past two days ( over 2 inches per hour at times). If you have a wet basement I would highly recommend Mid Atlantic system.
Also, when I shopped around initially Mid Atlantic was &4000 cheaper than Beedry.

We were very pleased with the work that was done in our basement! First, the employees who completed the job were excellent! They were very polite, and some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. When the job was finished, the basement was probably cleaner than when they started. This was a big job! I am very happy to report that our basement has been as dry as a bone since installation. We have had absolutely no problems with the 3 sump pumps or the drainage system that you installed. Thank you for a job well done!!

Finding competent knowledgeable people in the home construction/repair business is difficult and time consuming, particularly as regards the subspeciality of foundation waterproofing and moisture control. For such issues Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing is simply superb. I have employed them multiple times and in each instance their plan resolved my problems and their work was performed accurately, timely, competently and fairly priced. Great people to deal with.
