Great job. Since having number of problems, I finally contact Mid- Atlantic and the staff was great from beginning to the end.

There were a few outstanding issues that were quickly addressed and fixed to my approval. Phone calls were promptly returned. Workers were neat and polite.

The crew arrived, did their job and cleaned up. The crew and leader were very professional and excellent at their jobs. The follow-up has explained well and the maintenance of the sump pumps and the details about the warranties. I had Mid-Atlantic do work for me when I was in the military and was pleased with their work and was more than happy to have them do work for me now I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Poor customer service, did not notify customer off external costs and hidden cost

I am extremely pleased with the work of Mid Atlantic Waterproofing in our basement. Before they came every rain left puddles on the floor and a musty odor that came up into the kitchen. After they were finished (early in 2019) and continuing to date, there has been not one drop of water anywhere in the basement. The people who came to work were courteous and worked very hard. The only thing I would mention is that there was not enough sealing off of the basement during the process and the dust went upstairs, but I realize that probably could not be helped and the overall success of the project was worth any dusting I had to do. I am sure my husband, Chuck, would have been very please as well, but unfortunately he passed away before the project was started. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Several years later, and still dry!

I was very pleased with their work starting with the salesman who came to my house and went over everything to the men who came and did the work. They were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality job done to help with waterproofing. Thank you again

The management and crew were experts, experienced, and efficient. This was a complex job that involved two adjacent rooms, was completed on time, and within budget. The county inspector stated that he had to do his job, but had never inspected a site completed by this company that didn’t pass. This was a very messy operation, but there was no trace of any mess - either inside or out. Highly recommend...

System installation was delayed due to transportation issues, but 2nd attempt was executed on time. System in place for 2 months - haven't seen a drop of water in the area. Also there is no water yet coming into the sump basin yet. Maybe it's a time of year thing, but everything is bone dry so far.

Everything went smoothly, from beginning to end!! These men worked their behinds off. There were not any details missed and there were no surprises! I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Waterproofing, let alone the job they did but also our peace of mind that our basement is dry, the walls secure and that musty smell is gone!!
