The staff are always so friendly.

They have always had a very good service and are keen to be helpful and give you the best advice for the requirements you have. The only reason it is not a 5 star review this time, is because when collecting my bike, the team in the shop on that time was in a hurry to dismiss me, and I had to ask for help with the bike fitting, to adjust the handle. It did not feel natural, I had to keep pushing for this service.

I had a great experience with this bike service! The team was professional, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. They quickly found the problem with my bike and fixed it perfectly. The gears and brakes now work smoothly, and the bike rides like new again. The prices are fair, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. I had my front gear cable replaced. The job was completed quickly and they charged me the standard £20 for service and £6 for the cable.

My last experience with your waterloo branch was a great experience both reception and technicians especially the guy that called me up on a Sunday to tell me what was wrong with my bike in which when he told me the price! admittedly I threw a wobbly regarding the price and then he went though the procedure of explaining both the reason and the parts needed to get my bike back to its rightful condition so I then gave the go a head to service my bike in which performs even better when I first purchased it ;)
