I had a quick request to change my email address
I had a quick request to change my login email - and I submitted it by email as website directed. I expect it to take a while as normally happens with email requests but this was turned around in just a few minutes. Excellent responsiveness and service in a world where emails to "info" company email boxes go to die.... Thanks!

I inadvertently chose the wrong subscription which ended up costing me far more than what I had originally planned. I reached out and explained that it really was a simple error, they were so kind and actually reimbursed me while also providing wonderful customer service.
