I had a disappointing experience with AirDNA, particularly with their pricing tool and customer service.

From a performance standpoint, the dynamic pricing consistently failed to keep up with actual market conditions. Our property was frequently overpriced compared to similar rentals, which made us less competitive and likely cost us bookings. The difference became very clear after switching to Beyond Pricing—almost immediately, we saw improved booking activity and pricing that better reflected real-time demand.

The bigger issue, however, was billing and customer support. I stopped using AirDNA about six months before my subscription renewed but did not realize auto-renewal was still active. When I later noticed I had been charged for another full year, I reached out to request a refund. Despite the fact that I hadn’t used the platform in months (which should be verifiable on their end), I was denied a full refund and only offered 50% back because my request fell outside their two-week refund window.

While I understand companies have policies, this felt inflexible and out of step with basic customer service—especially given the lack of recent usage. A more reasonable, customer-focused approach would have gone a long way here.

Overall, between underperforming pricing tools and a frustrating billing experience, I would not recommend AirDNA based on my experience.

I accidentally subscribed to the annual plan. I contacted support immediately, apologized, and offered to pay for one month. Fair, right?
Nope. $800 for one day of use. Because "digital data policy."
It costs them nothing to refund. Nothing. But here we are.
Avoid if you ever expect basic human flexibility.

I’ve had a really good experience with AirDNA overall. The platform works great and the response time has been genuinely fast, which I really appreciate.

I also want to give a special mention to Lemine, who helped us along the way. He took the time to answer our questions and made everything much clearer for us, which made a big difference.

Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it.

Their data is bogus and missing key metrics. They have no trial period so don't think you can cancel, even if it is the same day you purchased the access. Customer service is a joke. I could only access the info if I was a customer but once I saw the data, I knew it wasn't anything I wanted or could use for my niche. I requested a refund after a few hours of searching and realizing that this wasn't what I thought it was and they flat out refused. Do not do business with this company. Read the reviews online and on Reddit first!

It's so nice to know that AirDNA has actual people responding to messages instead of a computer or AI. Lemine was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions.

Subscribed for one month ($139 - too expensive but wanted to try it out), and cancelled my subscription immediately as it didn't give any better insights than the other free site out there (search "Free version of AirDna" on google and you'll find plenty)

However, miraculously, Airdna still charged me AGAIN when the first of the next month arrived. Apparently even when you cancel they will still find a way to charge you. Absolutely rediculous. And Airdna customer service DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU and will not give you a refund for anything. You have been warned.

Invaluable industry insights. I love AirDNA. I forgot to cancel and they were forgiving when I was surprised a year later to see a charge. Not many companies do that these days. It confirms that their business model relies on a quality product, not sneaky subscription fees.

Super fast response and great service!

On the first eye, this program seems to be helpful. However, the data is (at least in Portugal) is just not accurate enough. For a property investment company like us, we can´t trust AirDna.

The actual financial results of our own properties also do not correspond well to the numbers that AirDna indicates in relation to these same properties.

They also refuse to give a refund, even partially just for the remainder of the time that we still have a subscription. So please note that they have a policy of sticking to their own rules, terms and conditions. Which legally is of course allowed, but it shows that they are okay with having customers paying for their products in case they are not happy about the quality.

We paid around €4.000 for a year of the most premium subscription. It´s not worth this kind of money.

had an issue with an unauthorized renewal, and I couldn't be more impressed with the help I received. Claudia from the support team was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. Even though their policy usually doesn't allow refunds in such cases, she went above and beyond as a gesture of goodwill to ensure I received a full refund and provided me with all the necessary tracking details (ARN). It's rare to find such great service these days. Highly recommended!
