I’m grateful for the support
I originally signed up to AirDNA while researching the idea of starting an Airbnb, and I found their tools incredibly insightful and easy to use. The platform gave me access to valuable data that helped guide my decision-making.
Recently, I was surprised by a renewal charge I hadn’t expected. When I reached out, Angel from their support team handled my situation with genuine care and understanding. They refunded the charge quickly, which was a huge relief during a stressful moment.
It’s in moments like these that you really see the integrity of a company. I’m grateful for the support and would absolutely recommend AirDNA — both for the strength of their product and the quality of their customer service.
