Helpful and considerate
Michael was very accommodating and understanding when I requested a specific thing. He was an absolute joy to experience. There are very few customer service representatives in the service industry who are pleasant to deal with and Michael (and AirDNA) is the exception to that. I am grateful for his assistance!

Top Customer Care
I subscribed for my property manager, who didn't use the program. When the subscription renewed, I asked to cancel and request a refund the renewal. Not only did AirDND respond immediately, but they also refunded me the next day. Top customer care!

Support doesn’t respond
They charged me without any prior notice, and the cancellation page is deliberately hidden. Support doesn’t respond by email or phone.
