I subscribed to the yearly plan but ended up using it for 2 months and then forgot about it. They automatically renewed my subscription at the end of the year. I connected with them and explained the circumstances and they refunded my money for the second year. I don’t have much experience with their service but at least their business ethics is acceptable.

I want to take a moment to recognize Daniel from AirDNA support—hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment he stepped in, Daniel was responsive, clear, and genuinely thoughtful. He didn’t just resolve my issue—he made it easy, fast, and stress-free.
What stood out most was how human and solution-focused he was. No scripts, no runaround—just solid, professional support with a great attitude. Daniel turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a total win, and that speaks volumes about his commitment to customer care.
If there’s anyone on the team who deserves a raise and recognition, it’s Daniel. He’s a real asset to AirDNA, and because of him, I’d absolutely recommend the service to others.
Thanks again, Daniel—you crushed it.

No reminder on subscription charge, but customer service remedied
I was not happy that they charged me for a subscription with no reminder about the charge beforehand but when I emailed them to get a refund they did honor this. I recommend the business change it's policies to be less deceptive and predatory. The 4 stars are for the remedy provided promptly by their customer service, though it shouldn't have to be something I reach out for. It would waste a lot less customer service time to make the process more proactive and transparent.
