Personalized service and excellent follow through. When I had a sync issue, I contacted support via chat. Christopher was fast, efficient and effective. When he had to loop in IT for assistance, he followed up with me and kept me posted each step of the way. His attentive and friendly service were perfect.

Feedback on a Recent Experience
After an extensive discussion, they ultimately refused to proceed with a partial refund without providing any clear justification. I questioned the value of offering both annual and monthly subscriptions when the results are exactly the same. If I had any bad intentions, why would I have committed to an annual plan in the first place? My advice: do not waste your time with this service.

Thank you for your follow-up review. To clarify, our annual plan is offered at a lower overall cost for long-term users, while the monthly plan provides flexibility for those who prefer a shorter commitment.
As mentioned previously, our refund policy does not apply once the data has been accessed and exported, as the product involves the delivery of digital, non-returnable data. In your case, 53 reports were downloaded, which unfortunately places the request outside of this policy.
That said, we’re more than happy to review the discrepancies you’ve mentioned if you can share specific details, and our team remains available to help you get the most value from the platform.

I paid £274 for a year’s subscription…
I paid £274 for a year’s subscription and got locked out after just two days because I initiated a dispute (within 48 hours of activation). AirDNA kept the money, closed my account for over 8 months, and now offers me only a partial extension instead of the full service I paid for.
They openly admit they can see I never used the product beyond the first two days, yet they refuse to provide either a refund or the full subscription. In practice, this means you pay for nothing if you ever dare to dispute a charge.
The whole process has been dragged out, full of contradictions in their communication, and shows a complete lack of care for customers. It feels borderline fraudulent: they retain funds without delivering the service.
If you value your money and fair treatment, stay away from AirDNA.
Edit* After 7 months of back and forth, they finally agreed to renew my annual subscription.
