had an issue with an unauthorized renewal, and I couldn't be more impressed with the help I received. Claudia from the support team was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. Even though their policy usually doesn't allow refunds in such cases, she went above and beyond as a gesture of goodwill to ensure I received a full refund and provided me with all the necessary tracking details (ARN). It's rare to find such great service these days. Highly recommended!

Bad product, bad support
Overall product isn’t good. Pricing comps can be wildly inaccurate, mobile interface is severely lacking, and overall very limited value. For $133 per month it does very little and very expensive. Also they don’t stand behind their product, canceled immediately after receiving a monthly renewal confirmation and customer support would not refund the latest months charges. Use BNBCalc for better pricing comps.

AirDNA tracks data from over 10 million properties across 120,000 global markets, and because of the volume of data involved, we recommend using the platform on a desktop or laptop for the best experience.
We’d also like to note that cancellations need to be submitted at least two days before the renewal date. While we’re unable to offer refunds for missed cancellations, we did offer an account credit that you can use whenever you’d like.

Misleading and Deceptive Practices
I signed up for a one year trial for $400, and when they tried to auto renew me. I cancelled within 24 hours of the charge. After complaining they finally agreed to refund $200 of the $400, which I have since disputed with my bank. Save your money, I did not see the value in their product and they are also do not conduct business in good faith.

After reviewing your account and our previous correspondence, we can confirm that your subscription renewed automatically, in line with our terms & conditions. These state that subscriptions renew for the same duration unless a cancellation request is submitted at least two days before the renewal date. As no cancellation was received before that time, the renewal was processed as scheduled.
While our policy does not allow refunds once a renewal has been completed, we did issue a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture and it goes beyond our standard policy.
We’re sorry to hear the platform didn’t feel valuable to you. We always aim to be transparent and act in good faith, and we’re more than happy to investigate anything specific that didn’t meet your expectations.

Save your money
Doesn’t show you all the features you get on pro so I bought it and cancelled day of. I was gonna eat the cost but somehow it charged me for another month and they wouldn’t even refund the second month for me! Most SAAS companies refund you for issues like this, so it shows you a lot about their business practices. Worse than that, a lot of the data was not accurate and the filters didn’t work properly. Save you money and try a different analytics platform.

Nice way to compare pricing for your STR across a variety of views (eg by month, against the top 25% / 50% etc). Especially helpful when you're just starting or you're entering a new market. Good customer service as well

Dishonest business
Dishonest business. If you cancel your subscription through their website they still charge you and will not refund. Also the app is terrible and all the data is inaccurate and made up. Many areas and properties are stale and bad data. Other services are much better.
The same minute I signed up for a monthly plan I also cancelled my subscription and they are claiming I didn't do it early enough and charged me another month.

I could not see all the features with free version, I have signed up and tried to cancel within 12 hours, the Customer Service rejected my request. I would not suggest anyone to go through this pain.

Charged for 0 days Service, Refusing to refund
On November 13th, I was unexpectedly charged for an annual subscription that I was certain I had already cancelled. When I logged into my old AirDNA account that same day, the account showed a prominent “Subscribe” button, confirming that no active subscription existed. I immediately contacted AirDNA to explain that I did not have an active plan, had not used the service at all, and requested a refund of the $400 charge.
AirDNA refunded only $200, stated that they cancelled the subscription, and insisted that their policy prevents issuing a full refund. In other words, they want to charge me $200 for zero days of use. This is not a prorated discount on a service I used—it's a charge for a full year of something I do not use and do not have access to for the upcoming year.
No renewal reminders or account notifications were ever sent, and the lack of communication combined with the refusal to refund is predatory.
Update to AirDNA response: Their response is inaccurate. They did not do a partial refund and 'prevent future billing'. They cancelled the service and refunded me $200 (50%). Meaning they are still attempting to charge me $200 for 0 days of service. They subscription is not active. A company that stands behind it's product would not do this. Nor do they acknowledge that the subscription was not ever showing active on my end. Do not trust this company and it's predatory practices.
