Exceeded customer service from Mr Daniel
I have been a user of AirDNA since 2021 during my time at a holiday homes company, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best platforms for market intelligence on pricing, trends, and occupancy. Later, I used it for personal reference but eventually stopped, completely forgetting about my active subscription.
This year, I was unexpectedly charged $300, which I only realized after seeing the debit on my credit card. I assumed the money was lost, but decided to reach out via chat. To my surprise, Mr. Daniel from customer support responded promptly, understood the situation, and initiated a refund the very same day.
This level of customer service far exceeds expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend both the AirDNA platform and their outstanding customer support. Special thanks to Mr. Daniel—his responsiveness and professionalism are truly commendable and something other companies could learn from.
