AGA Arvostelua 

I had a 4 oven Aga for 23 years. We then moved to a house that didn’t have one and neither the room. Missed it so much I then purchased a 2 oven Aga which we had room for. Nothing but problems with it from the start. Kept burning the food and cakes were burnt to a crisp. Realised there was a problem so contacted Aga who then sent an engineer. I was told there was nothing wrong with it and was given a phone number to ring for cooking lessons! Persevered but to no avail. I was so exasperated I bought an oven thermometer and was shocked to find the temperature for the ovens were the wrong way round. Called Aga who sent me an engineer but I had to wait a few months. He admitted he knew nothing about agas as he came from Repairtech but tested the temperature of my ovens and I was told the temperature was the wrong way round in the ovens. Finally!! I was then sent an Aga engineer who confirmed this. I have had this Aga for nearly 2 years and it has taken me this long to get an answer. So frustrated and appalled by the service from Aga.

The whole experience has been fantastic. Roger, Linda and the Aga Kidderminster team have been so helpful, and the cooking demonstrations in the shop were invaluable for helping make our decision.

The installation process was seamless. Lak and Clive were very professional, polite and are great Aga representatives. They led me through setting up and using the Aga, and gave me contact details should I run into any problems. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I received a rapid response to my query for identification of a particular model.
However, in the interim, I had identified the stove myself.
The courteous response offered future support should I need it.

Today we had our new electric AGA ER7 fitted. Lak and Paul were so professional throughout the installation.
Guy from our local Aga shop in Oundle has also been so helpful in recommending the right configuration for us.
So we have to give a 5 star review to the whole AGA team - you have been amazing.

Service agents don’t service all appliances & locations

Lak and Skip were very helpful in their delivery. Rang the day before to confirm time and then dealt with the actual delivery quickly and efficiently.

We recently purchased an AGA R3 and the experience from start to finish was genuinely excellent. The team at Diss Iron Works were professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. The sales process felt relaxed and informative, with no pressure at any point.

Installation day was equally impressive. The installers arrived on time, were polite and clearly very experienced. They worked efficiently, left no mess whatsoever and took the time to explain everything properly so we felt confident using the cooker straight away.

Overall, a first-class service and a product we are absolutely delighted with. I would not hesitate to recommend both the AGA R3 and the Diss Iron Works team.

Had my Aga Rangemaster Masterchef installed today so early days. Longer than anticipated wait for a delivery date but they kept me informed and I’m delighted with it so far. Really helpful when ordering a spare part for our Aga

Had my new Aga delivered and fitted today by Lak and Mark.
They were here at the time they stated . Aga was really well packed they worked well together. All the packing was removed and taken away.
They gave us a quick run down how the Aga works even although it isn’t connected to the circuit board yet.
I was given their number incase I had any problems with it and I’m sure I won’t as the many checks they did to stabilise the Aga on my uneven floor.

What a brilliant team Simon and Paul are. They rang the previous day to check everything was ready for the delivery of our new Aga oven and the removal of the previous range. They arrived on time and started to unpack the oven and accessories. All the time they were thoughtful and respectful to us and our property. They worked diligently and ensured we were aware of the need to burn off residue and the times needed for each section of the oven. Thank you Simon and Paul of excellent service

Had a replacement oven due to previous one being faulty. Lak and Mark were on time friendly and courteous. Replaced the oven quickly and Lak added a couple of metal plates underneath the oven to make it level due to the uneven flooring of an old house. Went through the functions of the oven. Great customer service !!

Great product and pleasant individuals to deal with, a shame that the score for their efforts should be dragged down by outdated company policy.

Do not expect technical support if you are working on your oven yourself. Company policy deliberately withholds any and all technical documentation and advice forcing customers to use approved (and expensive) third party services.

A rebuild that should have taken a day stretched to 12 weeks due to lack of simple information that most companies would be pleased to provide.

The safety issues around these policies are worrying with inexperienced individuals attempting repairs on a potentially dangerous product.

So be warned, the cost of the product is not just the purchase price but ongoing inflated prices for both spare parts and service.

Just received excellent service from Alex at Aga Customer Relations. Always buy Aga products, they last really well and those with a guarantee mean exactly that.
