Awful Customer Experience
Awful experience so far.
We purchased a Falcon cooker through rangecookers.co.uk, which was installed in late March 2026. Upon inspection immediately after installation, we discovered that the cooker had been damaged during transit and/or installation. The issue was reported the same day.
Since then, we have been in regular contact with both rangecookers.co.uk and AGA Rangemaster, yet months later we are still waiting for the necessary spare parts to complete the repair. We have received several assurances and updates along the way, leaving us hopeful that the issue would finally be resolved.
Today, after eagerly anticipating the engineer's visit and waiting for over four hours, we were informed that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. The engineer had been significantly delayed and, to make matters worse, not all the required parts were available to complete the repair.
The cooker itself appears to be a great product, but the after-sales service and communication from both rangecookers.co.uk and AGA Rangemaster have been extremely disappointing. A straightforward warranty repair should not take several months to resolve. Both companies need to seriously review their customer service and support processes.
