Terrible product – don’t waste your money!
The sheets started pilling after just three nights of use. I fell for the "Featured in Cosmo, Vogue Elle"
Don’t trust the glowing Facebook or Instagram reviews—they clearly don’t reflect the real experience.
I’m currently trying to get a refund, not a replacement as i suspect all the products are of bad quality. I paid $133AUD.

Scam do not buy from adorearth . Didn't receive order was given false tracking numbers

Ordered 2 single sheet sets, blue and yellow.
Received the yellow. 2 week delay on the blue because it was sent from a different supplier apparently. Sheets cost $100.30 each set.
It eventually turned up and it was a teal colour from a cheap brand I found on amazon. Polyester/bamboo and 1 pillowcase short worth $40. I reached out to Zac from Adore earth who requested a photo which I sent and I asked for a refund but then got radio silence from Zac. Now, I'm reading all these reviews stating same

Ordered 2 sets of king sheets , 1 set of queen. King sheets arrived , blue was nothing like blue advertised but i can live with that. A set of queen sheets arrived , cheaper brand and hideous lime green. Contacted Zac and was asked for my order number 2 times, surely if they have my name they can find my order number. Sent order number and was sent another set of king sheets. Now no contact from Zac. Lesson learnt , go into a shop , chose your colour and size and get exactly what you want.

I’m very disappointed I ordered first one Double size bedsheet light grey I’m alright with that not with misty grey just nice in a box but 2nd order for Queen size bedsheets got dark grey I was asking for misty grey extra in plastic packaging like from normal shop (found out can get from Bunning for half price I pay with same product same package) you take out from shop and send it to me yes I’m disappointed with way it was packaged and the colour I pay $125 for it not happy I got from mail today. Queen size sheets is dark grey/green not misty grey

I've never had sheets pill on the first wash before Adoreearth!

The first set I was sent were so so thin, pilled the first time we slept on them, and even worse after the first wash. I reached out, and they said there 'must have been an issue with the material used', and sent me a new set. I was so excited, thinking there must have just been a mistake. The second set were a bit thicker than the first, but again, pilled on the first wash. Colours are not as vibrant as on the website, and I really don't think these are actually bamboo - more like a very cheap synthetic. You'd better not have an inch of rough skin either, or these sheets will be toast!

When I reached out again, they said that 'we have sold over 40000 sheets and we have 113 bad reviews' - so I guess this is not something that is going to be fixed or even acknowledged. I wish I requested a refund the first time, and bought some actual bamboo sheets :(

Couldn't be more disappointed. The advertised 70% bamboo was actually 40% when they were delivered. The colours were also not even close to what I ordered. Their 90 day refund policy doesn't seem to be true either. I have contacted them three times and have not had any response for nearly two weeks. Don't waste your money!!

After 4 weeks all sheets had a lot of pilling. The quality is definitely not there. It was very tricky to work out the returns policy and process and Zac did not return emails and I had to badger for at least 3 weeks. He did not read my explanation properly refunding the wrong ( less) amount.
Very difficult company and I would never buy again from Ado earth

I ordered these sheets, got the first set for$148 then the offer popped up get a second set 50% off so I thought bargain. That was on 03/03 the web site said 3-7 business days delivery via Australia post then they sent tracking details was through a different carrier. After two weeks the tracking said successfully delivered to Port Macquarie I live in North Queensland. When they arrived after three weeks I was very disappointed, the flat sheet has no turn down hem and there is a colour difference between the two sides, it’s like a tablecloth. The 90 day return policy no questions asked is not the whole truth. When I complained he gave me two options 50% refund and new sheets sent, or send back the sheets at my expense and provide proof of shipping or no refund . Sound like a complete scam I’m just cutting my loses and hope this is a warning to others not to use this company

I ordered sheets, and then went back and ordered towels. The towels arrived but not the sheets, I washed the towels and one fell apart. I contacted them and said I also haven't got the sheets. He said he would replace the towel and follow up on the sheets. I then got the sheets but no replacement towel and now they don't answer my emails. I will never recommend this company

The worst product I have ever purchased online. I purchased 2 sets. After 1 sleep the sheets were pitted. After 2 washes the pitying is so bad you can’t sleep in the sheets. Do not waste your money

Product is nowhere near the description on Facebook and their website. Colour looks nothing like the image. Material is inferior to usual bamboo sheets. Super disappointed with the hassle of ordering and returning. Not even guaranteed I get money back although they say they have a 90 day return guarantee, in the small print it says not on sales items. When I ordered they automatically gave a bulk discount when you buy more than one item which I did. Plus website is super dodgy - should have not gone ahead when at first it didn't load.
