Disgusting. That’s all I can say absolutely disgusting, they don’t even deserve the one star. Whoever started this company is a huge con man and it’s all a scam. Their responses are automatically generated and they are pathetic. They don’t even read emails you send them. Don’t order anything from this mob they are crooks.
They make you pay for something you never get the item and when you finally do get a response they tell you the item is unavailable until they refund your money. It’s just a way of them making money. Absolutely disgusting.!!
Why is this business still running? Why has nothing been done about this mob?

I bought a vibration plate over 4 weeks ago It has not arrived . The company are unhelpful and won’t provide a refund . I have made a complaint to fair trade NSW

They refused to refund after returning the item. Their products are not as advertised.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I was looking for a 100% authentic Jade stone Gua Sha tool, and settled on this one from terra wellness. It looked fantastic, website was really nice and it said it was 100% authentic jade.
It took a while to arrive despite it being an Aussie site (or so i thought). What arrived was a cheap piece of green plastic - not even stone. I contacted Dylan and said I was disgusted with what arrived and I wanted a full refund. They offered me 20% refund and said I could keep the item. I was absolutely not interested having paid $28 for plastic, I wanted my money back, In the end after many email, they refunded me $15.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM. IT IS A DROP SHIPPING BUSINESS FROM CHINA
and you will not get your money back. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing; thank god I only spent $28 so not a huge loss, but that's not the point.

Bought their massage chair with $9.99 express delivery fee, which meant that item would be delivered in max 3 days. Their standard free delivery is 6 days.
My item was delivered 7 days late.
The massage vibration is just a bit better than the vibration of a passing fly. It doesn’t touch your body at all but you can hear a humming sound coming from somewhere behind.

If I was able to put 5 negative stars I would! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I wish I looked up this company of Trust pilot before I purchased anything from them. After waiting over a month for my “100% copper bottles” I received two bottles that seemed to be spray painted with copper, they had a horrible chemical smell, they looked nothing like the website, the paint was all coming off and I didn’t feel safe to even touch them. After sending multiple emails to DYLAN SCOTT the founder I was told I would have to pay for shipping (almost $20) myself and they would not reimburse me and they might refund me. After complaining they gave me half the amount I paid and when I asked them about this they said it was an accident. They still haven’t rectified it. I have contacted Fair Trading Australia and Afterpay.

I sent an email question and got an auto reply with a great little message about being a family business that only checks emails once a day. Expectations set. Multiple follow-ups on different mediums have not solicited a response. Seems like a common thread in these reviews and looks I dodged a bullet from buying from here. So disappointing when you want to l, and go out of your way to try support Australian small business...

Terra wellness, it is a SCAM! They sent me a broken product and then when I asked for the refund they promised a new item which never arrived and when I claimed, they stop responding my emails.

Do not buy anything from this dodgy company. The claim they ship all items from a Sydney warehouse via AusPost is crap - item ships from an International location, and mine never arrived. Emails are AI written, patronising and unhelpful.
Initially I emailed requesting a follow up of my parcel as shipping info hadn't updated for 10 days. I was told to wait a bit longer until 2 weeks had passed and then contact them again. After 3 weeks had gone by I contacted again with no resolution. I requested a refund after 1 month due to goods not arriving, and put in an Official Letter of Complaint. At this point I was told my parcel had been lost in transit and they offered to resend. I declined and requested money back instead. The company will not issue a refund until my parcel has been found and returned to them, so it's unlikely they will ever offer the money back. I've reported them to consumer affairs. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere!

I have had a frustrating experience with Terra Wellness. I have not received my product, and to date a refund has not been forthcoming. I have had a series of email with this company as well as the Courier company. The product has been returned to sender, but I aggree with other people on this site, they hide behind misleading emails, and keep recycling old emails and do not read what has been written. In regards to the reply from Terrawellness to this review. I have reached out to them many times and all I ever get is automated messages.
Saying someone will contact me but it never happens. Neither do they provide any contact number to physically talk to anyone.
The business is drop shipping they pay another company to supply and deliver.

I have made a formal complaint about my experience with Consumer Affairs Victoria. I URGE EVERYONE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH CAV! Do not even believe apologetic responses to your negative review. They are insincere liars who are not to be trusted! The pillow case zip broke after only two washes (butterfly pillow), and they don’t provide replacement covers, rendering the entire pillow faulty. I am currently caught up in a chain of emails where they are refusing to stand by their 90 day risk free money back guarantee. They told me to take it to a seamstress to replace at my own cost! They are in breach of Australian Consumer Law for not refunding a faulty product and for false advertising. The product is cheap and faulty, communication with them is horrendous and they are refusing to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM TERRA WELLNESS!! THEY ARE JUST LAUGHING AT US AND THINK WE ARE STUPID!

I have been emailing the Terra wellness for over 3 weeks.
Do not trust Terra Wellness. They use incredibly deceptive practices, false math, and outright lies to avoid honoring their advertised policies.
I ordered an office chair and paid an extra $9.99 for priority shipping, which they completely failed to deliver on time. When the chair arrived, it was rock hard and entirely uncomfortable. I reached out under their prominently advertised "90-Day Money-Back Guarantee" to get a refund.
First, they tried to trick me by offering a tiny "20% partial refund" ($30.79) to keep it. When I looked up their actual website policy, it clearly states that if you keep the product, the refund is the "Sale price paid, less 15%." Under their own published rules, they owed me $130.87 for the chair plus my $9.99 shipping refund ($140.86 total). They deliberately try to push an arbitrary 20% refund figure because they know most people won't check the website math and realize they are being shortchanged by over $100.
When I called them out using screenshots of their own website policies, they went quiet for "internal review." They then emailed me back with a blatant lie: they claimed that because my order was placed on September 8th, it was "outside the applicable 90-day period" and denied the guarantee. It has been less than a month since my order!
They are intentionally inventing fake timelines to bully customers into giving up their consumer rights. I have had to open a formal dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Avoid Terra Wellness at all costs—they do not honor their guarantees and will actively lie to keep your money.

Ordered two Titanium cutting boards from Terra Wellness Received very poor craftsmanship Stainless plates instead Edges seem to be hand filed This is a complete scam!!!

Just another bad review for them. They falsely advertise their products. They advertised the titanium chopping board as titanium, but they lied, it is actually stainless steel. Then they dont answer emails. They lie. Buy from someone else!

Despite months of numerous empty promises, I still have not received a refund. They use the tactic of emailing back and forth with no actual resolution and then tell you the time limit for refunds has expired. Complete scam!

Copper water bottles smell like full on spray paint. I am definitely not using those because real copper smells metallic.
