Within a couple of days of having the sheets on my bed, and there was a patch that started piling
It started small and then after washing became larger and rougher and started irritating my skin.
I’ve sent several emails to customer service and they’ve told me a few things to do which I did.
But nothing changed & they’ve got bigger now & more irritable

Really annoyed with the lack of help from this company and would NOT recommend buying from them.

Absolutely 0 customer service support.... One of my sheet sets was not sent.... Over 2 months later still no sheets that I paid for.... But 3 microfiber sets off eBay were sent in place of my $160 bamboo sheets !!! WTF. What so called family company buys crappy sheets off eBay and sends them to you in replace of your sheets you ordered 😡

They might be lovely sheets but don't deal with this company ..... They will rip you off big time !!

We ordered the King size Topper and ever since we put it on the bed it has enhanced our sleeping experience in our 20year old bed. We allowed it to fully expand ovet 2 days prior to laying it on the bed. Could not have been happier with our choice of Topper

Beautiful sheets

It took many weeks and many emails with condescending responses before I was informed my sheets had been shipped. After more weeks and many emails I failed to convince them my order did not arrive.
Dozens of requests for a refund to no avail. Then promised replacement was shipped. Many emails asking for shipping details. Then informed they had been delivered. Courier company admitted they lost it and actually wrote and apologised to me. Second order despatched, again many email asking for shipping details. Then advised order delivered. I am in a gated estate order did not arrive at my door. I presume it was dropped outside the gate and was stolen. Many more emails trying to convince them I did not receive my order. They "investigated" and said was delivered. I said without a photo proving where it was delivered I will now go to the media. Continually refused refund request. Finally said they had shipped again and after 3 months my order arrived WRONG ORDER. There is no product label so I cannot be sure the fabric is as advertised, the top hem of the top sheet is not finished, very inferior quality sewing, threads and fraying along hems, no "made in" label, the bottom sheet has been patched with a 40cm panel across one end, supposedly because the fabric is not manufactured wide enough for a king length sheet. Now for the courier company, they are not contactable, they have terrible reviews, I begged Adorearth to change courier (I have to wonder about their connection) they lost my first order, dropped the second order outside which apparently was stolen and finally the order arrived.
The product is very disappointing. Do not buy from this company. If you look carefully at their contact address they are from a rural house in Victoria (you can google it, but no guarantee this is the genuine address for these people) and I have to wonder who the company really is? The people responding to my emails were non-committal, had no authority to offer a refund and I believe are just the front men for a very dodgy company.

Both my husband and I I love sleeping in these sheets as they are so comfortable and soft and quiet.
However, from a different perspective, I would have liked to have seen a bigger hem along the top of the top sheet and inside tags for the fitted sheet showing Top Right and Bottom Left as that really helps someone of my age fit the bottom sheet quickly and without a lot of fuss.
Shall buy again.

Ordered Bamboo King Sheets.
Feel silk smooth but not used to them being so slippery. They do tend to keep heat in a bit too.
We have a mattress topper that it fits over quite well.

Service was prompt and I love the bamboo sheets.

I recently purchased a full bedroom refresh from Adore Earth, including a super king bamboo doona cover, sheet set, doona, and multiple pillows. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Items arrived separately over time, some not at all, and none of them matched what was advertised — instead of bamboo, everything was microfiber, and the quality was very poor.

Attempting to resolve the issue was equally frustrating. There was no accessible phone support, and the online contact options were limited and didn’t reflect my actual issue. Although I did receive some email responses, they were brief, unhelpful, and failed to address my concerns. Despite their advertised return policy, I was not provided with clear or reasonable options to return the incorrect items.

Having spent approximately $400 on products I cannot use, I feel completely let down. The lack of customer service and misleading product descriptions make this a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend reading reviews before purchasing, something I wish I had done and would advise others to avoid this company altogether.

I ordered my sheets but did not receive any updates about the order after it was confirmed so I contacted them for an update and they responded within a day that they would follow up. I didnt receive any more emails after that but did receive updates regarding shipping and delivery. Although the order was delayed, when I finally received my bamboo sheets they were a bit silkier than I expected but after sleeping in them for one night I was pleasantly surprised. They were so cosy and comfortable and I really love the colour. The flat sheet is stitched the same all the way round and doesn't have a border or anything which I think would've been nicer but it's not a big deal. Overall, I am very happy with the sheets.

Orders arrived reasonably promptly, however once we opened all packages we discovered:
- colours not matching from sheets to doona covers
- flat sheets were just a big square without the proper top
- labelled microfibre not bamboo
After researching a couple of the packets online found that these are not Adoreearth but another brand.
Emailed over three weeks and was able to return all goods but then received silence. As by this stage I had read other reviews, I initiated a chargeback through my bank which was successful.
Avoid at all costs….

Good price and great service… Sheets are beautiful to sleep in, sooo smooth and silky feeling. Have washed well too.

I can not believe this is a Australia company first of all, very disappointing they never replied to my many emails until I said I would go further. Finally got my sheet and The packaging was cheap. Like it's from some cheap overseas product. Now unfortunately I had worst sleep ever, it was hot and because I have lumbar scoliosis, it has made me worst than iv ever been. I do not recommend this product for any person that has spine or muscle troubles. Please don't buy it.

Just got my third set of bamboo sheets and absolutely love them. They are so soft and really help with regulating your body temperature throughout the whole night.

Received my sheets and mattress topper reasonably quick and great online service.
The only thing I was missing was the turn back on the top sheet.

Nothing to adore about Adorearth. A total SCAM company. Avoid at all costs!! I ordered a double bed mattress topper. It never arrived. Received messages from their courier company stating the order couldn’t be delivered to the address provided. Advised Adorearth who assured me that the order would be delivered. Website claims 5-8 days delivery within Australia. Order not received after 2 weeks & then message received that order was being returned to sender. Adorearth assured me that order was still scheduled to be delivered & to ignore the tracking status. Tracking showed order arrived in Perth and then Adelaide. Adorearth continued to assure me that the tracking sequencing was inaccurate and order still due to be delivered to me. Tried phoning Adorearth, but straight to voicemail. All email responses assured that the order was being given priority, it would be delivered to me & that would keep me updated. None of these things happened. Fortunately, I was able to lodge a disputed transaction with my bank who have refunded the money STOLEN from me. Please do not order any products from this company. A google search of their company address shows a rural property. I will be checking out this address in person in the near future when I m in Victoria

This company is a scam! They sent me a cheap microfibre quilt set instead of the bamboo set i ordered. After being assured that they would rectify the issue and send me the correct bamboo set, I sent back the incorrect product but never received a replacement or refund.

Amazing cool bamboo sheets. We love this product so much we have bought another set.
