Customer service was excellent. I spoke to Aled and he explained everything and made it easy to understand everything about my claim.

You have been supportive and backed me throughout the whole legal journey getting back my excess amount after someone hit my car and drove off. I really can’t thank you enough! When I spoke to anyone on the phone with the customer service was so lovely and genuinely kind to me throughout.

Terrible experience working with this legal provider, not only did they mess up my treatment referal by sending me without medical assessment first which meant my treatment was paused midway, I then had further treatment rejected after my physio requested it, I was eventually sent to a doctor that recommended further treatment, They ignored my communications for weeks at a time multiple times. I still need treatment but i rejected any further through them because I didn’t trust that i wouldn’t end up with a massive bill due to their mishandling of my case and wanted it just over and done with due to the stress of it. Very disgusted with how this was handled and they don’t deserve a penny of whatever fees they have collected for dealing with my case.

Admiral Law, in particular, Carly Matthews, supported me throughout the process in acquiring my excess fee for a non-fault claim. The process in trying to get the third party to agree to pay not just my excess fees but also the entire cost of the claim including all legal charges to make Admiral whole was challenging, but Carly was there to provide complete support and to ensure all correspondence with the third party was professional and where she, like me, showed determination that both my costs and that of Admiral’s was ultimately retrieved. With this in mind, I would sincerely only recommend Admiral Law to resolve all your legal matters.

Appalling customer service. Started my collaboration with them, when they sent me a letter according to which I cannot speak English (I'm fluent by the way in written and spoken) and then the ordeal started.
Admitted breach of their Service Level Agreement multiple times, at the moment delays cumulating more than 5 months, was promised monthly updates and a senior person allocated to my case, guess what: again being ignored, especially where I request information. Contacted Legal Ombudsman, opened complaint after complaint.
Every statement backed by proof. If I could turn back time, I would definitely steer clear. Let's see what the relevant authorities will do after being reported

I’m pleased to say I’m more than happy with the outcome of my claim. My most recent case handler Megan has been more than helpful.

3 1/2 years to settle a claim. Constantly have to call and message them or nothing happens. You dont have a case handler for 1 year so nothing happens. 3 years down the line they stated that they are going case by case so you have to wait again for anything to happen. It takes a week to even get a response on the portal. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They are supposed to be supporting and representing you and i didnt feel like that once over the 3 1/2 years i waited for settlement. A joke.

Helpfull and informative

Admiral Law has truly been amazing! From day one and then a further 2 years fighting for my claim they have been honest and transparent about everything. case handler was very kind and understanding, unfortunately admiral motor didnt send my details to the law team and they were unable to contact me for a few weeks after the accident meaning i was left in the dark for a long time.
