Gareth was very sufficient with my claim and made me feel at ease with everything

I’m pleased to say I’m more than happy with the outcome of my claim. My most recent case handler Megan has been more than helpful.

3 1/2 years to settle a claim. Constantly have to call and message them or nothing happens. You dont have a case handler for 1 year so nothing happens. 3 years down the line they stated that they are going case by case so you have to wait again for anything to happen. It takes a week to even get a response on the portal. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They are supposed to be supporting and representing you and i didnt feel like that once over the 3 1/2 years i waited for settlement. A joke.

Admiral Law has truly been amazing! From day one and then a further 2 years fighting for my claim they have been honest and transparent about everything. Any quorums I’ve had, they’ve answered and given all the options. SY Hussain is a credit the company and he’s been amazing handling my case. Thank you!!

case handler was very kind and understanding, unfortunately admiral motor didnt send my details to the law team and they were unable to contact me for a few weeks after the accident meaning i was left in the dark for a long time.

Contacted me really quickly, explained the process well and answered questions I had. As this was a first for me I didn’t feel lost, regarding the process, I felt reassured and listened to by the caller who was patient.

Admiral law as a company has taken a long time to process almost anything and everything and you will spend a lot of time chasing however thanks to one person and I will say his name again Corey Watkins everything was sorted, so give this man a raise, and let it be an example to the rest of the people admiral law that this is how customer service is done this is how you communicate effectively and this is how you deal with the case properly
