The agents was very helpfull and clear about the advice given and instructions to follow

I was involved in a no fault, rear ended whilst stationary at traffic lights and although nobody ever wishes to be involved in a traffic collision it happens, it just seemed very difficult to contact my insurers through a portal system and I never seemed to be getting anywhere, with one comment stating “well we’re dealing with direct line and they are very aggressive when it comes to claims” perhaps I should have taken insurance with them instead. Once I received the minuscule payment it had actually cost me money due to my other vehicle policies increasing as “ I had been involved in an accident “ although it was clearly not my fault, the only gain financially was for insurance solicitors and preferred body repair shops

My Claim was difficult after vehicle crashed into me. The negotiation process went smoothly and we're handled as fast and promptly as it could be. Settlement was made and I was compensated for my injuries without further fuss.

I explained so many times i’m still concussed and don’t have anyone clue what im doing and haven’t really received any help. My case handler hasn’t even responded to anything i’ve tried to send to him and some facts that have been typed into my documents is not correct. I’m not even too sure what they are trying to do on my behalf and i’m having a hard time getting any help regarding the case. my case handler is Aryan Suneja and i’ve asked multiple questions and not had any response at all
