Good customer service
The lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful, her customer service was great. Her communication was good she was understanding and going over everything clear and carefully. Her name was Caitlin.

Highly recommend!
Had a motorbike accident in september 2025 and minister law was appointed by my insurance for my claim which is now thankfully coming to a close soon.
Since then i’ve been in contact with Kamarla who was nice to talk to and has been faultless, i could count on her to be near the phone when i had questions to which she would always give informed answers so credit and my thanks to her and the team the service was great.
The overall experience was very streamlined, i was always kept up to date with my claim and went quicker than i had anticipated!
Highly recommend!

Still waiting apparently for a court date...the only emails I get is to say about their fees changing. When I email I get no response. Had an accident in 2021....I would never recommend this company

They cannot even begin to apologise for the treatment I received during the years you were suppose to be working on my claim. Not 1, but many complaints raised about conduct and professionalism. You can keep your wish you well in the future comments, my future will not include this terrible company !!!
