My overall experience is excellent. They keep updating me from the very beginning. Completed the work within the given time frame.

The service I received was fantastic. I had regular updates about my vehicle and if I was unavailable to talk, I received voice mails and text.

The overall process was straightforward, and the repair itself was completed more quickly than expected.

The main challenge was the collection and return of the vehicle. Only around 30 minutes' notice was provided before the car was collected, and even less notice was given before it was returned. This can be inconvenient if you are at work, shopping, or carrying out activities such as the school run.

In addition, although the repair was completed promptly, there was a two-day gap between the work being finished and the vehicle being returned. A shorter turnaround in returning the vehicle would have improved the overall experience.

I would like to thank the team for a great job. They kept me regularly updated, they leant me a car and all the team were fabulous with the needs that myself and car needed. Thank you.

The team here have been incredibly helpful from the moment they got in touch. Their customer service is second to none as I had constant updates on the car repairs and timeline for completion. My car was picked up and delivered back home exactly as programmed and the quality of repairs absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

My car was even cleaned inside and outside. The driver that collected my car was very helpful and a great guy

Car was repaired and took a month. Was returned dirty with scuffs inside car. Overspray on doors and scratch to door handle. Contacted them to get this rectified and no response after a week. Customer services emailed and again no reply. Actual original repair done well just a shame it wasn’t QA’d before return. Still awaiting for it to be fixed after a week

I was kept up to date on the progress if the work being carried out. I always ask loads of questions and AB1 were very open about the process and work that was being carried out.

Great customer care and excellent service

Having already given a good review immediately after my experoence with ABL1Touch, what I wasn’t aware of, and presumably they were, was that my car had been parked illegally overnight whilst in their care.

I received the Parking fine on Monday and immediately called the branch who would not pay it directly but asked me to pay it and promised to pay me back.

I followed up with an email to remind them that they owed me money but this was ignored.

I called today and was told that the employee had forgotten to process the payment.

Staff very indifferent once the have your money and the good review.

This company was recommended by my insurance company and I will obviously let them know that this is how they treat their customers.
