I wanted to share some feedback following the recent repair on my car.

The service from start to finish was outstanding. The car was collected directly from my home, which made everything really convenient. I received clear and consistent updates throughout the repair, and the car was returned within the exact timeframe promised.

The quality of the work is excellent. You would never know the car had been damaged — the paint match is perfect. The team were friendly and helpful, even taking the time to help me locate my wheel nut that I had left in the boot.

I genuinely cannot fault the service at all. Thank you for making the whole process so easy and stress‑free.

Without doubt a five Starr award . From the collection of my car to delivery it was an exceptional service . The whole team went out of their way to fast track the repairs in order that I could meet the deadline for a prior commitment.
Regular updates ensured that I was kept up to speed with matters ,and a special mention to Kane , Neil, Matt and Ellis for their courteous , friendly and helpful endeavours on my behalf .

ABL1 Touch kept me fully informed all the way through the process via texts and phone calls. The people who picked up the car and dropped off the car once works were complete were so lovely and helpful. I can not fault the service at all. My car came back looking shiny and new.

Very easy to communicate with and kept to timescale

A great service from ABL1 Touch Gateshead. They collected my car from my door and returned it to me after the repairs were completed. This made the whole process extremely convenient for me. The turnaround was very quick, they kept me informed of the progress and the damage has been repaired to a very high standard. The car looks like new again. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and would highly recommend ABL1 Touch.

Extremely poor service. They lost my car keys and didn't provide any paperwork or documentation for the work they supposedly performed. I would not recommend them

Collecting and delivering was very good.The repairs to my car were extremely well done.

Communication was terrible.. i had to ring up to find out about my car on the day it was meant to repaired heard nothing from the so called dispatch team (that was on a friday) monday came no call again so I called up at 4pm, to which they said the car was done 15 mins ago. Atleast call me on the monday to let me know why it was done.
Picked up the car the tow bar area was horribly done which they fixed on the spot.
Car paint has pitting in it
Still has broken parts in the car
Loose clip
Doesn't look like they replaced some parts as they look scratched from the accident

Also looks like they caused damage and didnt bother fixing it

Great service and excellent bodywork

The repair took weeks but through no fault of ABL (difficulty getting parts from China). The communication during this period could have been better but the end result was excellent. The customer service person was first class ( Nicola Whitworth).

Quick efficient service.
Collection and delivery staff were excellent and respectful.
Paperwork was quick.
Please with the work carried out.
