My Mini Clubman needed a new door and plastic sill trim. The colour match on the door is astonishingly good. I genuinely can't tell the difference, and the quality of the finish is perfect.
My car was returned to me so clean inside and out that it looks like it has been professionally detailed.

My sons car was an insurance crash damaged car and ABL1 were assigned to carry out the repairs by his insurance company. After hearing nothing for over six weeks we chased for a progress report and were informed that the car had been forgotten about and had been sitting untouched. The car was then rushed through for repairs and boy, did it look like it! When the car was delivered back to us I rejected the work as the new panel was damaged and the new paint chipped along with filler dust everywhere and additional marks/scuffs that were not there before. There was a huge amount of filler dust in the interior. The repair was very poor and needed looking at again. After continual chasing, we were given numerous failed delivery dates and promises. Having taken delivery of the car again, I spent over 3 hours cleaning the car inside and out and in doing so I noticed that all of the sports settings had been turned on and the diagnostic port cover was left open, so somebody clearly had some fun while the car was in for repairs. The final paint job was good, but the lack of communication, attention to detail was very poor.

They were really professional from beginning to end. They called me straight away, they came and got my car, they repaired it at the highest standards so overall a very nice experience.

Repairs “completed” in January, discovered crash bar had not been replaced in July -

Contacted insurance at start of August and it took 3 phone calls and 2 complaints before anyone from ABL contacted- Spoke with someone called Micheal who said he would look into things and get back to me, then just put the phone down. No notes were added to my file so other workers were unaware of this conversation. Emails were sent to him to follow up but he never re-contacted me.

Was then sent an email accusing me of no contact towards booking in. Not a single apology given for their lack of communication, poor service or anything for that matter.

Multiple complaints made and will never be using an ABL shop for repairs again.
