The people who collected and delivered my vehicle were friendly and helpful as were also those who took my calls to their office and the paint job and workmanship on the front of my Nissan pick-up looks nice -Pete from Guildford.

Terrible service from the East Grinstead branch. Was sent to them by my insurer admiral. They replaced the boot lid, but on return the auto-open/ close doesn’t work, and the struts are grinding when they’re going up and down. The garage are either incompetent or dishonest as simply testing the boot opened and closed before returning this to me would have identified the problem. I can only assume they knew it was faulty and decided to return it to me anyway.

UPDATE - Despite the comments from ABL below claiming they had tried to call me and saying how honest they are, they eventually took my car back on Monday and I have had to chase today (Thursday) as I have heard nothing. Apparently they are going to “look at it” tomorrow (whatever that means) and they think the boot struts are broken. As they were working fine when the car went in, I am at a loss as to how they are broken, unless ABL have damaged them. I would have expected to be contacted and my repair prioritised given they messed up the first repair and sent the car back more broken than when they got it, but sadly not.
