Had great service from ABL fixing my car after an accident. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted and my car was delivered back a week earlier than I anticipated, shiny and new.

I would like to give special mention to Serena for being extra lovely and helpful and keeping my updated and informed and to Steve for the wonderful service returning my car.

Also recording on 22 nd am where they organising Enterprise car
They claim this never happened
One lie after another
They still 2 days later not sent CEO details
How difficucult is that to send in an email
They worried their CEO will hear about how they have lied as a team of employers not just an kndividual
From the management down
All of them lied to try cover each other
Heads will roll
Regulatory authority next and fines and explortation about such a poor company
Also insurance company asked not to use them anymore as a trusted partner
They cannit be trusted
Simple as that

They are open to sue me if they think it is not
You will see one of thd lies on here saying the insurers didnt contact them till 22 nd when timed emails between us at 3 pm on21st prove otherwise

We had a bump to the side of our car - E sure Insurance recommended ABL1 Touch Newcastle, so they (Got a hold of it) for the repair. I wish they had not. There has been almost two months of us - always us - calling them - they blame the Insurance company the Insurance Co blame them - No-one from ABL1 Touch is pro active - picks up the phone - takes responsibility - delivers - calls back - calls - bothers. A complete shambles - their manager at the repair shop thinks so too - as he has just quit his job - when I spoke to him - during one of my many phone calls - he sounded sick to his teeth - We know how he feels. Today the car was delivered - I checked it over (That is to say I checked the repair area - I didn't lift the bonnet to see if all of the engine was there or anything like that) I certainly didn't think to look - but later this afternoon I notice that the dash Cam has been removed (Stolen?) Another call to ABS - 'I know nothing!' dash cam was there on delivery - We don't remove dash cams ! 'Contact your Insurance Company' - Washed their hands that was where we started - with the Insurance co - Hours and Hours of our lives wasted - Be Warned -Don't touch!

Everything good, the car looks perfect. The only problem was that you took 4 weeks to get the car to the place where it was going to be repaired, but we were kept up to date with the repairs, which was very good.

Everything went smoothly, the guy ( Ed I think he was called) dropped of a curtesy can in the morning for Mum to use whilst hers was being repaired. Mum was a little confused about how to ' drive the said car as it was her first experience of a hybrid car as hers is Petrol automatic. Nevertheless, between us we muddled through and didn't venture far in it and nicknamed it the 'spaceship.'
When her car was ready the said firm rang and informed us that her car was ready and repaired, Thank you to the lady who rang us and arranged with us a time to return Mums' car. The next day was pre-arranged Ed came with Mums car and was really helpful chatty in anyway he could (big thankyou).
Mums' car upon delivery was like a brand new one the said company had obviously worked so hard completing the repair and the polishing was impeccable. Thank you so much for everything you are all stars x

Repairs were done to a very high standard and the lifetime warranty gives a lot of peace of mind.

Communication was via one way texts from ABL . When trying to contact for an update, I would only get through to a generic customer service line. Call backs were not always fulfilled

Great experience, they picked up my car and dropped off the curtesy car. Apart from it being manual it was a lovely brand new vehicle which was nice to drive. ABL kept me in the loop throughout the process of my car being repaired and completed before the estimated date. Damage looks as good as new now. Would recommend.
