Really bad quality flowers
Really bad quality flowers. Embarrassed for anyone gifting these.
I've contacted their customer service to be told their florist disagrees with me, after clearly showing the poor quality in many photos.
Customer service just ignore the chat as soon as it's a complaint. They just leave the chat.
All the roses are crushed on the ends and tore, Browning already. The eucalyptus is brown and old, very dull. 1 of the pieces of eucalyptus is about 3 inches tall far to small for a vase. Lillies are buds, they appear good.
They customer service just send care instructions and do not comment on the issues I've highlighted.
Please don't waste your money. Very disappointing.

We understand how frustrating it must be when expectations are not met, especially when gifting. We regret that the condition of the roses and eucalyptus was not up to standard and that your concerns were not adequately addressed.
