Having used 123 Flowers in the past and always been happy with their service, I recently ordered a bouquet as part of a Birthday present for my mother.
A slight mix up with the delivery date, meant that the flowers arrived in a bit of a sorry condition, having sat at a sorting office for 3 days.
On my return home about a week later, I contacted 123 Flowers to express my disappointment. I hadn't been aware that any concerns, should be raised within 3 days of receipt, but Jennifer.r, who handled my complaint was excellent, throughout. Thankfully, I had taken photographs of the original bouquet, which was time and date stamped. I forwarded copies and Jennifer.r quickly got her manager's approval to send a replacement. This was delivered a few days ago, and, up to 123 Flowers usual standards, is simply stunning!

Fast customer service

I tried to place an order for a flower delivery for the next day with a message card. It was just before 10pm, which i wasn't aware was their cut off for next day delivery.

At the point of trying to pay, their website froze. I kept trying but nothing worked. So had to log in again.

When I did it said next day delivery was not available, so arranged for delivery on their next available day.

I checked my emails 15 minutes later and discovered BOTH had been accepted and gone though for the SAME FLOWERS AND SAME MESSAGE TO THE SAME ADDRESS.

I immediately sent them an email, as it explained to do, asking to cancel one of the orders and refund my money.

The following afternoon, was told BOTH orders had been dispatched so I was not allowed a refund.

I pointed out someone should have noticed 2 orders to THE SAME PERSON WITH THE SAME MESSAGE were clearly a mistake.

I was still refused my refund.

I asked for the full name of their Managing Director to complain to them, the female was unhelpful. I insisted on this and she had to put me on hold for 10 mins to find this out, which I eventually got. I could not find a direct email contact to them so I wrote a complaint to prestige flowers, who are the complaints dept for 123 flowers.

I addressed it to Aaron, who was the senior person.

However a person called Thomas replied explaining in a convoluted way that I wasn't getting a refund.

When I appealed he told me to read the terms and conditions, which I had already done before I originally emailed them my complaint.

He still refused.

I said I wanted it escalated above him, he refused.

I appealed again and finally Aaron, who I had originally addressed the email to responded, understood my complaint and agreed to give me a credit note for the second order amount.

Neither of them apologised for their website freezing and causing this whole issue in the first place!

I have received my credit note, which could have been done in the first place without all this extra complaining and stress.

Logically I would not have requested the same flowers to the same person with the same message TWICE in the same day!

The flowers, I was told were lovely, BUT their customer services for 123 flowers and prestige flowers are absolutely appalling!!

The overall service was disappointing. My flower delivery was delayed, and considering these were flowers being shipped all the way to France, I was concerned they would no longer arrive fresh.

After several attempts to resolve the issue, Georgia.T was the only person who really listened and helped me. Thanks to her, and after some persistence on my part, I finally got the resolution I was asking for.

So, while my experience with the service was frustrating, I do appreciate Georgia T. for her help and professionalism.

I liked the prompt and professional way that Aaron felt with my enquiry and after thoroughly looking into the delivery that went missing I received reimbursement for my order… please 123 Flowers, don’t rely on Royal Mail!!..

These people are brilliant. They have sorted out the confusion about my daughter's birthday sunflowers today, which was not in any way their fault. I am most grateful to Ellie, who was extremely patient! And the flowers are great too.

The ordering process was very easy, I opted for next day delivery,I’m pleased to say that the flowers were delivered on time. There is a good choice of flowers to pick from a wide range of types and colours were available at prices to suite all pockets. The flowers looked lovely and fresh and a happy recipient confirmed by sending me a picture of the bouquet.

Order number 2305362. Despite being initially unhappy with flowers which were for death of a family member (some of the flowers were already in full bloom) I contacted customer service via email.
I was in contact with Aaron T who dealt with my issue within minutes and he offered a very reasonable outcome.
Despite the issue I shall use 123 flowers again.

Easy to deal with online ordering even for a septuagenarian. Delivery was exactly as promised. Free delivery is a bit of a misnomer but otherwise very good.

I have used 123 Flowers often and have never had any complaints. However this time I sent flowers to a special person who needed cheering up, I paid £24.99. They sent white daisy type flowers 4 small roses and one gerbera. They were very communicative but said it was up to the florist what was in the bouquet. So very disappointed. Never again, you probably won’t get what you thought you would!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent order intended for a church member who is grieving the loss of her son.

The flowers were not delivered on the first attempt, and we received no email notification about any issue. After contacting 123, I was informed that a refund would not be issued, but a replacement bouquet would be sent instead. Unfortunately, the second delivery also failed, and the recipient has again confirmed that nothing was received.

At this point, having paid for a service that was not fulfilled twice, and with no refund offered, I feel extremely let down. Not only has this been a waste of money, but it has also prevented us from offering a small gesture of comfort during a very painful time.

Absolutely lovely service!! I originally ordered the standard bouquet but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kelly for being so helpful and lovely. She went above and beyond to help me and even upgraded my bouquet to a medium size completely free of charge as a gesture of good will. I really appreciate her kindness and amazing customer service.
