I purchased a pair of their W.O.W wool ln brown. I bought them from Revolve and they did a price match because the leggings were half price on the Wolford sight. I was estatic. I tried these leggings on 2 or maybe three times. I did not wear them, I just put them on to see how they looked with a blouse. The third time was not a charm. There was a hole in them. I was mortified. These were originally $400 leggings and even paying $200 for them was too much given they tore without me even wearing them. This was a last minute purchase before leaving the country. I am struck with them. If they want $400 for something, they need to be a little bit more durable.

Kriminelt svindelforetagende? Nej, men Wolford er en meget elendig webshop
Jeg bestilte den 3. december 2024 et par strømper, som jeg skulle bruge som julegave. Jeg fik ingen ordrebekræftelse. Jeg mailede til kundeservice og fik at vide, at ordren var in processing. 10. december 2024 hævede de købesummen, men jeg fik fortsat ikke nogen forsendelsesoplysninger. Jeg har herefter sendt mange mails med rykkere både til kundeservice og til hovedkvarteret og til hovedkvarteret gennem Wolford Scandinavia ApS c/o Dansk Revision Søborg. Lige meget hjælper det. Jeg får totalt intetsigende svar og også modstridende svar. Jeg tror ikke længere at jeg modtager strømperne. Og så kom de alligevel den 16. januar 2025. Det ændrer dog ikke på, at jeg vil fraråde enhver at handle med Wolford, da onlinebutikken drives ulovligt ved at hæve købesummen uden samtidig afsendelse af varen og ved at bilde kunderne ind, at de ikke kan hæve købet. Herudover er Wolfords kundeservice meget elendig.

Should be no star. Order made 21 days ago, no confirmation of order, have not received my item. Payment taken. Is this a scam website??? Shocked. This is supposed to be a premium brand. Thankyou to PayPal for dealing with a refund.

Leute ich glaubs nicht … nach 3 Monaten ist meine Bestellung wirklich angekommen! Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde mir immer gesagt die Sendung wird bearbeitet. Ich bin so happy als ich die Teile sah war der ganze Ärger vergessen … die neue Etro Kollektion ist einfach Hammer. Was soll ich sagen, es gibt nichts vergleichbares wie Wolford auf dem Markt! Hab direkt nochmal 3 Bestellungen aufgegeben :))) auch wenn es wieder 3 Monate dauert 😃

Ordered online in Wolford Swiss website and 2.5 months later I haven't received my order and neither reimbursement. Emails are replied from their Italian branch which has been promising cancelation and reimbursement for over 1.5 months. I've bought from Wolford for years but will not longer as their customer service is terrible and disrespectful.

Pessima esperienza. Ho effettuato un ordine il 4 dicembre e ad oggi 17 dicembre non è ancora stato spedito. Ho contattato il servizio clienti più volte chiedendo spiegazioni e di annullare l ordine ma hanno negato la mia richiesta e non so ancora quando o se riceverò il mio ordine già pagato.
Schade - war mal ein guter Shop
Schade. Wolford war mal ein toller Shop: gute Qualität und schnelle Lieferung. Die Qualität hat nachgelassen, aber am schlimmsten ist der Versand: keine Auftrags-, keine Versandbestätigung, keine Infos, dass es Versand verzögert, Datum etc. Ich warte seit 3 Wochen! Kreditkarte wurde natürlich belastet.
War lange Zeit gute Kundin, aber das war meine letzte Bestellung.

I never write reviews but seeing the amount of people that ran into issues I found it relevant to leave a review. I placed my order the first week of October and I haven’t heard any news, similarly to others I tried to contact them multiple times in the end of October but the only time I was able to get an answer through the Italian website’s email they gave me an answer as one item was missing in stock which obviously is wrong as they could simply have sent the rest and also it seems like everybody who gets able to get in touch received the same answer… I did think I was scammed when suddenly I received my order today out of nowhere, well over two months later… as a note I never was updated on the shipping and in fact my order in the Wolford profile still shows as pending.. and oddly enough the courrier was DHL which also did not send me an email or sms about a pending shipment but at least it means that there is hope for other people to get their items just being extremely delayed.. but until this company addresses their problems and tries to seriously fix their problems I will not be buying from them again.

All the reviews below match my experience. Ordered online, item never shipped, telephone number not operational, emails bounced back. When I eventually did get an email through, to a different email address that I was given by one of their branches, I was promised a refund, which never arrived. After weeks of chasing, they tell me to contact my bank. This looks like stalling tactics. Let's hope they go into liquidation soon.

I have never put a review up, but this was so appalling that it felt I ought to. Like many others here I put in an order, didn’t get a confirmation, contacted them and was told it had been received, and then nothing. The emails started bouncing back, and the phone numbers didn’t work. Luckily I paid through PayPal and raised it as a claim. The vendor never acknowledged or responded to the communication through PayPal and PayPal has now found in my favour. If others have the same option I recommend challenging the charge through your bank or PayPal. And for anyone thinking about buying from the online store - Don’t!

Sono cliente dello shop online wolford da almeno 15 anni, mai avuto un problema prima del 18 novembre. Stavolta per mera pigrizia ho pagato con PayPal, dopo circa una settimana ho controllato sul sito lo status dell'ordine, non avendo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione della spedizione, qui risultava ordine in elaborazione e ho notato la dicitura in alto che a causa del volume elevato degli ordini ci sarebbero stati dei ritardi. Tuttavia dopo una ulteriore settimana nulla era cambiato, così ho deciso di scrivere una email al servizio clienti (ho peraltro notato che è diversa rispetto al passato) e ho ricevuto una risposta generica e sgrammaticata e semi incomprensibili, dove il tu ed il lei si alternavano e parti del discorso erano mancanti. Ho atteso altri 9 giorni e oggi ho aperto la contestazione su PayPal che mi ha immediatamente rimborsata.
Non acquistate sul sito Wolford!!!
Ho acquistato dei collant sul sito Wolford in data 8 ottobre e ad oggi 8 dicembre nonostante ripetute e-mail e pec non ho ricevuto né il rimborso reclamato né tantomeno il prodotto, oramai non più desiderato.
La cosa assurda è che dopo una risposta da Wolford Italia in cui mi diceva che l’articolo non era stato spedito perché non disponibile, alle successive mail non ho più ricevuto risposta anzi le mie mail tornano indietro per destinatario sconosciuto.
Fortunatamente l’acquisto l’avevo fatto attraverso PayPal e dopo aver effettuato reclamo con loro fra un paio di giorni avrò il rimborso dovuto.
Assurdo un comportamento del genere da una ditta come Wolford che tra l’altro ti fa pagare un paio di collant 35 euri.
