I placed two orders with Wolford for Christmas gifts, one in mid November and one on December 3. Nothing arrived. I tried to cancel the order and was told I had to return it. They keep sending me shipment notifications with false tracking numbers. Total scam. I used to order regularly from Wolford. Not sure what happened. Have disputed the payment with Paypal and will dispute the other charger with my credit card.

I ordered on 29.12.24 .Money was taken immediately. To date (18. 1.25) goods have not arrived but a bill for customs and import duty has arrived from parcel force that amounts to 50% of the order. I ordered from UK website so no import tax should be due. I have contacted customer service but they keep reiterating that item has been sent and no refund is forthcoming. They do not address my complaint. Total scammer behaviour from a brand I used to value.

Ordered some clothes on 26 December. Two weeks later I contacted Wolford who said my order would be processed and on its way soon. Three weeks after ordering I suddenly get a refund with no email or explanation as to why this is. I contacted Wolford and they said the items are not in stock. I went online and one of the items I ordered was still in stock.

I had issues with Wolford last year where they were rude to me and they actually put the phone down on me. I contacted their CEO who didn’t even bother to respond

Wolford you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself, the service you provide is appalling and you clearly do not give a damn about your customers. If I was the head of customer service. I would be embarrassed about all the negative customer reviews.

Disaster, two months I am waiting for my product, they don’t want to refund me money just promising that they will send it.

Det er så frækt at det er useriøst
Nu er det 3 gang at man bestiller noget på deres hjemmeside hvorefter man flere uger efter får at vide ordre er annulleret men det fortsætter de er så frække at de har trukket pengene før de annullerer. De burde ikke være lovligt at finansiere deres cashflow når de alledere ved at varen er udsolgt !!!!

Ho effettuato un ordine di 3 pezzi il 07/12 con nota sul sito "a causa dell'alto numero di ordini le spedizioni potrebbero subire dei ritardi".
Il 17/12 scrivo un'email per avere contezza di quando sarebbe stata spedita la merce (erano dei regali di natale) e mi hanno risposto
"Vorremmo informarti che il tuo ordine è stato consegnato al partner logistico. Riceverai a breve un aggiornamento sul tuo ordine.
Il tempo di consegna stimato è di 4-10 giorni lavorativi."

il 27/12 con merce non ancora ricevuta scrivo una nuova email dove mi rispondono:
"Ci scusiamo per eventuali ritardi causati dalle festività.
Desideriamo informarvi che il vostro ordine è attualmente in fase di elaborazione e sarete contattati da noi dopo la spedizione. Ci scusiamo per la lunga attesa e per il disagio causato."
Sul sito ancora c'è l'avviso dei ritardi delle spedizioni, ma ora siamo fuori dal periodo black friday e natale quindi è un problema strutturato, tra l'altro altri e-commerce con volumi molto più elevati hanno mantenuto comunque gli standard di spedizione con al max qualche giorno di ritardo.

La merce è stata consegnata l'8/01/25, un mese dopo l'ordine, manco dalla Cina ci mettono tanto.... e aprendo il pacco scopro che mancava un articolo e a mia domanda sull'ennesima email inviata: "Non ho ricevuto alcuna notifica in merito alla mancata disponibilità e neanche lo storno dell'importo pagato, avevo detto che si trattava di un regalo che avrei dovuto fare, perchè non mi è stata notificata questa cosa?" la loro risposta oltremodo superficiale:
"La bolla di consegna indica che l'articolo è esaurito.

Normalmente il rimborso dovrebbe avvenire automaticamente. In caso contrario, ti preghiamo di fornirci la prova del pagamento, così da poterlo verificare."

manco a dirlo che ho avuto l'addebito dell'articolo non ricevuto ed ora dovrò rinviare un'altra email per avere il rimborso che avrebbero dovuto fare in automatico.

Morale della favola...non risulta più un e-commerce affidabile e professionale

Ordered some lingerie. The money left my account but the goods hadn’t arrived 6 weeks later. When I contacted Wolford to enquire, I was told that the item ordered was out of stock and could not be provided. No apologies, regrets or alternatives. I have been refunded the ‘postal costs’ of £5.90 (not sure why as nothing was ever posted), but not the cost of the item - £71.
Avoid like the plague!!

J'apporte ma pierre à l édifice... ce sont des escrocs. J'ai commandé le 25 novembre et je n'ai rien reçu, nous sommes le 9 janvier. Ils refusent de me rembourser. Je n'ai malheureusement pas pris connaissance des avis avant (sur une marque d'une telle réputation on ne s'attend pas à ce genre de fraudes), il y a manifestement une immense arnaque sur les commandes en ligne.

Même expérience. Commande passée fin novembre pour un montant de 350 euros, aucun mail de confirmation et des réponses plus qu’évasives de leur service client par mail (puisqu’ils ne sont pas joignables autrement). Je leur ai écrit il y a deux jours que j’allais porter plainte pour escroquerie.

The worst experience I’ve ever had.
I placed an order on December 7 for a lingerie set, and after waiting a month for delivery, only the top arrived. The money for the missing item has not been refunded, and I’ve been stuck in endless correspondence. Why on earth would you send only the top of a set? When you buy gloves, they don’t send just one, do they? No one contacted me to confirm whether I wanted such an incomplete order.
Now I’m left without the lingerie set and without a refund for the undelivered item. All I keep hearing is, "contact your bank," a standard response from Monica Sher.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Og hvis jeg kunne give 0 stjerner fik de dette. Efterlever på ingen måde deres service. Man skal efterspørge ordrebekræftelse. Penge for køb trækkes asap, men her 7 uger senere og utallige henvendelser stadig ingen vare. Absolut ingen anbefaling!

Absolutely awful and stressful.
2 orders placed back in early December. Monika in “customer service” does not have a clue, keeps fobbing me off about a refund and now latest email from her today - contact your bank to get the refund. How is that possible for a company to treat genuine customers like this.
Do not order from them, so so much better out there. Hope they feel the repercussions for how they are treating people.

Ordered an item on December 7th (after the shop in Zurich told me that ordering it through them would not be possible to get it before XMas => looks like the overall distribution channel of Wolford is an utter mess, not only the online version).
I was "Guaranteed" that the item would arrive before Christmas 2024. Despite multiple promises always pushed back, the item was allegedly shipped on January 4th, but 4 days later still no sign of it in the tracking system.

Hard to believe Wolford can have such a premium brand reputation with such an awful customer experience and a clear bad review rating on Trustpilots, all reflecting more or less the same mess..

Achat en ligne par CB sur le site wolford pour un montant de 360 euros. Ils m'ont bien crédité mais je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation par mail ni information de livraison... Et je ne trouve aucun numéro de contact excepté 00800 10 088 001 qui est hors service. La banque ne rembourse pas car c'est un site "étranger". Faut-il déposer plainte auprès de la gendarmerie?

Nichts mehr bestellen.
Ich habe 2 Bestellungen gemacht.Eine wurde einfach storniert.Das heißt Kaufpreis kommentarlos zurück gesendet per Paypal.Allerdings wurde das Porto einbehalten.Zur zweiten größeren Bestellung über 462€ kam bis heute keine Bestellbestätigung.Es wurde auch keine Ware verschickt.E-Mail an Kundenservice keine Antwort.Auf den gemeldeten Paypal Fall reagiert Wolford auch nicht.

Bestellungen per Rechnung und Paypal sind NICHT mehr möglich.Zahlungsmethode wird abgelehnt/bzw. steht nicht zur Verfügung.Kann sich jeder seinen Teil zu denken.

Bestelling geplaatst op 24/11/2024 tot vandaag niets gekregen. Geld is al van visa gegaan. Verschillende mails gestuurd. Iedere keer mail terug gekregen met iedere keer verschillende namen erop. Namen opgezocht op facebook: de ene (een 70 jarige) woonde in zwitserland, de andere ( twintiger) in napels en de laatste een indische zangeres!!!
Pure oplichterij maar ik versta niet dat de winkels in België nog open blijven zonder webshop

This company has the lowest levels of customer delivery service.. the online platform allows for prompt selection and that is where all customer service and any trade and service etiquette ends.. a person called “Said” responded to my several repeated emails enquiry over the whereabouts of my goods ? Which were selected 16/December 2024 (by the way still no notification ) and then referred me to the terms and conditions a of purchase.. essentially WOLFORD do not care a damn about taking your money and delivering nothing !!! They are a fraudulent organization with zero credibility and absolutely no regard for customers .. I spent £300 and am still waiting for my order and have demanded refund and received no response

Lovely top, great price. Good communication about delivery which took a couple of weeks to arrive over the Christmas period.

De har hævet pengene, men sender ingen vare ud. Kundeservice nægter at annullere ordren. Jeg har kun min paypal kvittering som bevis på ordren da jeg aldrig har modtaget en ordre bekræftigelse. DE har ingen eftersendt de tre gange jeg har været i kontakt med kundeservice. De har ikke engang beklaget. Ret vildt for en virksomhed der sælger ret dyre luksus produkter at deres service niveau er så elendigt. Prøver nu at få mine penge igen via paypal. Hold jer langt væk, også fra deres produkter i butikkerne. De behandler der kunder som skidt.

Horrible, places two orders Dec 25 and December 27, got no email confirmation or tracking informations, luckily my order on Dec 25, i reported it to Paypal and they kindly Refund me instantly, for the second order Paypal told me still under review while they are contacting Wolford, So crossing my finger for the second order to be refunded but I trust PAYPAL they are so good to protect their Users at maximum safety. Ladies, DO NOT BUY from Wolford they are so many great tights with amazing quality that really gives us better service and will value costumers like us. Happy New Year, ladies!
