This is a true scam. They sell low quality goods and market them as highend products and high prices.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL - ZERO STARS
I googled for purses made in the USA. Blue Wolf Store came up. I purchased a purse on February 28, 2025. When I got the tracking information I discovered that it was coming from China which I DID NOT want. I finally received it and a wallet on March 25, 2025. It was all folded over in a very small package, so I knew I was in trouble. It wasn't even big enough to hold my wallet/check book much less all the other items ladies usually carry in their purse. I immediately contacted them via email for a return and full refund. I only had 14 days and that's today, April 10, 2025. I sent them numerous emails and got no responses. I called the contact number which was Fernandes & Silva Company LLC in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Every time it rang over and over. The first time it cut me off. The other times it ended up going to a busy signal. I am extremely unhappy with this whole experience and company. I am out $59.47. What a waste of money. I truly believe this is a scam!!!! I will never recommend either company to anyone!!!! I wish there was a zero star option for these reviews. That's exactly what they deserve!!!!

They are a scam: dishonest, fraudulent, misrepresenting products,
Not responding to email complaints, the products are stinky cheap junk!
Advertised as leather, definitely NOT!
I asked few times for a refund, no response and no response to emails concerning quality. I am stuck with two crappie handbags that were expensive even on sale!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR CRAP!! I gave them ample time to rectify matter, nothing.

Ordered trainers
Ordered trainers, took weeks to arrive. Very cheap feel and lookto them. The smell when opening the bag was sicking. They also sent the wrong size. I ordered them in january and still waiting for them to resolve problem. Company now ignoring all my emails. Stay away from this company. They are just a large scamming company. They have also deleted my poor review from there website.

My order just arrived. How it is surprising me, the bag totally a plastic made and a very bad quality. this bag I confidently say not even worth $5( bought it in $85). How dare they, cheat purchasers? Very very bad experience! This website should be banned.

Product took 5 weeks to arrive
Product took 5 weeks to arrive. When received was damaged. Zipper was bigger than opening. Inside Zipper broken and snaps don't hold shut
I tried working with customer service. They responded by saying tuck the Zipper in purse. WTF and they didn't respond to my other broken issues

I never received my order
I never received my order. It's been 3 months and the "tracking #" says that it's been "Delivered." I've gone to the Post Office & there's no record of a delivery. The number doesn't work & emails aren't answered! Once I slowdown, I'll deal with the company.

Bought a men's "leather bag" for £57 which came after nearly a month and wasn't leather and also very very poor quality. I have called Google store and they promised to take them down but disappointedly they are still trading on Google! They never take calls supposedly located in USA and never reply emails. This is a scam and I wonder why they should still be out there robbing people of their hard earned money!

The purse I received is absolute GARBAGE!!! I would be embarrassed to carry it. It is not leather, it is not even good fake leather. I wish I had done my homework! I am getting no response via email or phone. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau, but I’m not very optimistic about getting a refund.

Total scam, not real leather ….emailed 4 times and got no reply…..same handbag on Temu for $30, PayPal have instructed me to do a tracked return at my cost for a refund but it will cost me half of what I paid for the bag in postage to return.

I totally agree with everyone, the company are blatantly lying, the bag smells awful and is definitely not leather, the purse isn’t anything like the one advertised. Very cheap and nasty. Emailed the company twice and have had no reply.

Disappointing handbag
Disappointing handbag. Smaller than expected. No label suggesting this is leather as advertised. Not a single internal compartment. Delivery took 4 weeks, not 6-10 days as advertised. Came from China. When company was contacted about late delivery, I just received generated emails. I will donate both handbag and the small free purse to op shop.
I will never buy from
