Don't bother. Client support has a "girly" approach, writing with emojis as if you're close friends, while not solving anything at all. If you need to return, they expect you not only to pay for shipping (again), but to figure out the shipping yourself. And the fact that they ship to your country doesn't mean that you will be able to ship it back to theirs. Overall a very frustrating experience for Shein-like quality. Really not worth it.
