Don't bother. Client support has a "girly" approach, writing with emojis as if you're close friends, while not solving anything at all. If you need to return, they expect you not only to pay for shipping (again), but to figure out the shipping yourself. And the fact that they ship to your country doesn't mean that you will be able to ship it back to theirs. Overall a very frustrating experience for Shein-like quality. Really not worth it.

Horrible.
After waiting for three weeks for the order, Batch deliveryng says the address was incorrect and they have returned the order back to Marticollection.
The address was correct and I am trying to contact Marticollection or Batch but there is no answer.

NO HAY MANERA DE COMUNICARTE CON ELLOS, LLEVO ESPERANDO UN PAQUETE DESDE ABRIL Y NO SE NADA DE MI PEDIDO, TAMPOCO CONTESTAN A LOS MAIL NI NADA, NO VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR CON ELLOS.

I ordered from this company and I asent them emails to make sure the order was arriving on time to SPAIN. I GOT IGNORED. I was moving to the UK.
I decided to contact them on instagram and I finally got an answer. BUT THEY WILL NOT SHIP (even they operate apparently in the UK) the order to UK.
ITS SOOOOOOO LONG. On top of that, returns are paid and shipped back to Portugal by the customers...
Dresses look nice but so yourself a favour and avoid them. Not worth it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! Ordered a jacket which was too big , returned it which was a mission because it was going to Portugal, they let it sit at customs then sent me an email asking if I wanted to continue with the return as it would cost me more money to have it picked up , still no refund 4 weeks later and my emails are not going through to them . Absolute joke of a company
