Horrible!! Scammers!!
Horrible! This is not a legit business, just a skeleton product online store. I paid nearly $60 for a pair sandals that came in a bag, smashed together like they came from an Asian hair supply store. The shoes were at least 2 sizes too small and they were CHEAP!! I was told to take a picture so that they could determine the validity of my claim and refused to give me a return address for those janky shoes!👀 I wouldn’t throw them to my dog to chew on. I’ll let my CC Company handle it.

Total scam. The "leather" sandals were nothing of the sort. Cheap plastic and very poor quality. Don't buy anything from this website. It's a rip off!

Blue Wolf is a scam
Blue Wolf is a scam. I ordered what was suppose to be 3 small leather bags and I was sent plastic bags that had a strong chemical smell. Maybe sprayed with something to simulate leather. On their website it had an email address that you can request a refund within 14 days. No one ever replied even after several attempts. I had to contact my bank to file a scam report and cancel my credit card just in case. Also the order took almost 3 weeks and arrived from China.

Very poor copy of pictured sandals
Paid £38 for what I thought were leather sandals but I got a very poor quality cheap version of the picture with stitching coming undone. Have been trying to return them from day 1 but they are not responding to my emails so I don’t know where to send them for a refund

SCAMMERS
I ordered a pair of shoes in May. I am still awaiting delivery. Every time I query by email, I am given the same lame excuse of shipment delays. When I use the tracking number I am told "Shipment handed over; final acceptance pending confirmation" - whatever that means. This is what it has been saying for over a month and each time the dates are changed in the "updates". Blue Wolf is a royal scam.

Do not purchase.
The sandals were advertised as being made of vintage leather. They are not. Completely plastic and smells. The bed of the sandal is also plastic, and if you're prepared to wear socks, that's fine, but if you want them for summer, forget it. The packaging was horrible like it had been thrown together.

Blue Wolf is a SCAM
This company is a scam! Products advertised as guinuine leather, not from the USA, and contacting the company is IMPOSSIBLE. I purchased a purse and received a cheap pleather looking purse and the return/refund policy is a joke! Please do not order from this company, hopefully if there are enough complaints something will be done about the rip offs this company is doing! I really wish I looked into this store…
I really wish I looked into this store before purchasing anything from them. I bought a purse that claims to be leather and is not and smells HORRIBLE! I have tried calling, emailing so I can return and get my money back but I am not getting any response. I hope people look into it before buying from them because this is a scam that is stealing from people!

If I could give 0, I would. The site fools you into thinking it is shipping in 5-8 days from the USA, but it is coming from China, so it takes 5-8 weeks. The shoes are NOT genuine leather, fit poorly and DO NOT look anything like what is on the site. This is scam!

Sandals sent are very cheapskate not worth S$62 at all, looks like those sold at market, you can get it for less than S$10. This store is completely unreliable.
It does not come in a box but some tight plastic bag, very low class. Just throw it away.

The website lied
The website lied. I googled "genuine leather sandals" and found "Vintage Leather Sandals" for a reasonable, though not cheap price. Open-toed backless sandals for $70.
They're cheap plastic crap - labelled POLYURETHANE clearly on the package but NOT on the website! Apparently they can LIE on the website but have to tell the truth on the label. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

One star is too high!!! Because I got no response to return shoes, I researched the store’s LLC, Fernandes & Silva, found a # for a Boston location… whoever answered the phone, cursed me, saying their “name is not on the F’ing website”. All I want is my money, the product is TERRIBLE!

I don't understand how they say they have a 4.7 on trustpilot (this is why I purchased) when I read these reviews it is all a lie.
Like everyone else I purchased an item (bag) and they sent an email saying the item is sent with China Post with a false tracking number.
If the complaints go to all of the companies that they say they're using (China Post, Trustpilot, Yelp, etc.) one of them should do something.
I will write to the Chinese Embassy with proof of the transaction, fake tracking and lack of response. Maybe it will help maybe they transfer it to their Ministry of Commerce or Ministry of Exterior or anyone or no one but after the complaints pile up maybe they'll do something.
