I bought a cross-body bag for Christmas last year. It was a nice design, favoured colour and described as leather. Perfect. The bag arrived, I was very pleased with it and it looked good! However, in early February, one of the straps broke away from the bag. On taking it ot a leather person to have mended, he tole my it was not made of leather and showed me the reasons why he could tell it wasn't leather. I am very upset, i didn't get what I thought I was getting. Leather is such an easy wearing material, which is why I wanted one. So . . . I am VERY disappointed with this company - their advertising in this case was false. its not good enough!!

This company tells lies
I thought.
I was buying a genuine leather handbag. But it is a cheap plastic bit of junk, with a terrible chemical smell. Don't touch this company with a barge Pole. Avoid avoid. I wish I had thought of looking at the reviews before purchasing.

The purchase product was not accurate. It was mentioned as genuine leather and ended up a fake product. They do not provide an option for Refund.

I ordered a pair of shoes for £52 but to date not received.
I have been a customer of TEMU on line site in China who are brilliant good quality and price and delivery. Checking through BLUEWOLF catalogue the item they list are the same as Temu but at 3 times the price.
Give them a miss it's a scam company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They lie without scruples about their products, promising a certain quality/material and when you receive you have a big surprise because you paid a big price for a junk.

Just echoing what everyone else has said. The website and their products look great and they do everything to seem legitimate. However, it's been over a month since I ordered my product (purse), and absolutely nothing has arrived and all emails sent to the addresses on the website have been returned as undeliverable. I have learned my lesson about trusting sites on Google Shopping.

I am going to echo the same sentiment of all the other reviews. This company is running a scam. I purchased from them at the beginning of Jan. Order number 6469. Order was confirmed on 2nd Jan, and to date I haven't received my order. I actively followed up with the company, asked for refund, no feedback from the company. They completely ghosted me. They are a fraudulent company. I wrote to Google to stop showing their ad.

I purchased a purse for my wife for Christmas the order was $53.00. The scam store then falsely claimed that they shipped the gift this is what they claimed:
2025-01-01 21:48: DALLAS TX, Arrived at the USPS Regional Facility.
2025-01-01 20:48: DALLAS TX, Accepted at the USPS Regional Facility.
2025-01-01 02:51: Your shipment is in transit. Thank you for your patience.
2024-12-30 02:00: DFW, Released from import customs.
2024-12-30 01:26: DFW, Delivered to local carrier.
2024-12-30 00:16: DFW, Goods were picked up from abroad.
2024-12-29 12:33: DFW, Item flight landed.
It was a complete sham. I never got the items, i tried on multiple occasions to contact the store. They never responded. So now I’m out 53.00. Do not buy anything from Blue Wolf they are a complete scam.

Took a long time to come and when it did I was so disappointed. Complete rubbish. Definitely not leather, definitely not premium. Cheap plastic knockoff. No response when I asked how can I return the item. Nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Run a mile. A complete waste of money.
The website looks great but the products and service are very poor quality.
I am very dissatisfied with my purchases of 3 items for Christmas gifts on 29 November 2024. After ordering, I discovered the items were being sent from China. I live in Ireland. The website is USA based. They eventually arrived a couple of days before Christmas when it was too late for me to do anything about arranging replacements. Their website states shipping to Europe takes 5 - 8 business days.
All items are very poor quality despite being portrayed as premium products.
The website states you have 14 days to request a refund, exchange and return.
I contacted them by email on 30 December 2024 to complain about the quality of the products, that the order was incorrect and I requested a refund. I received no response and sent a further email on 2 January 2025. Still no response.
