Blue Wolf on line shopping is a fraud
I ordered a pair of sports shoes from Blue Wolf Store on line. Unfortunately, the quality of the shoe was very bad. It was not even worth 10 dirhams in UAE if one buys a similar stuff.
I tried to return the shoes but to no avail. I sent a number of emails to them but there was no response at all. Finally, I had to give up.
Please be careful and never buy anything from them. They seem to be a big fraud. I suffered because of them and it is my duty to caution others.

Terrible quality, wrong sizing, no return option,
The delivered shoes are probably 2 sizes bigger; their size guide is wrong. I always wear US size 8, these ones are probably size 9.5 . Shoes are not made of genuine leather as advertised; look cheap and stinks as PU, just terrible. I can't wear them. Their customer service email and phone numbers are fake; nobody ever answered a phone or an email. There is no option to return the horrible shoes, they don't provide a return label by any possible way. I am going to call my bank and dispute this transaction. This is a scam company. They have all five-star reviews on their site, don't be fooled by these reviews. I saved all copies of my e-mails.
Their customer service is a fake, phone is not answered, e-mails are not replied. it is a scam company; they should be sued by misleading and cheating customers. They put on their site mail address in New Mexico; the phone number is from Alabama. But they ship shoes from China.
I paid $87+, but you can buy the same, identical shoes on Temu.com for less than $20, and it is very simple to return. It is said on Wolfblue site: do not ship your return to the manufacturer. But it is not said where to send your returned item.
I feel cheated and fooled. Bad experience.
Do not order anything from them. Do not believe 5-stars reviews on their site.
No return option.

I would like to return my product
I would like to return my product. The quality is good, but the backpack is too small for my laptop. I have made multiple attempts to contact support personnel from Bluewolf Store, but the telephone line is always busy. Additionally, I have made several attempts to email the company with no response. I will not make another purchase from this store.

Inferior product
Purchased a $70 handbag. Within 2 weeks the lining had ripped loose, a week later several parts of the stitching became undone. Customer service doesnt exist.

Wolfbluestores is a scam.It’s been 3 weeks waiting for the sandals i ordered for my wife. The phone number for customer service is a scam, don’t answer asking you to hang up and call back no luck. Tracking number is fraudulent. The email address for customer service is nonexistent. They need to be stopped immediately. There’s a lot of good people who like to see this happen!

I am very dissatisfied with my bag . First and foremost it is not as described . It is made of pure plastic . The finish is of very poor quality . The size is much smaller than expected . These folks are demonstrably a fraud. Ordered two pairs of shoes that were never delivered at all. After checking my ring camera no body made the delivery at my door as they indicated. Will not waste my time reaching out. Am sure their demise is around the corner.
